Since this video was filmed, my state has declared a stay-at-home order. So things are still happening in regards to the pandemic. I guess I was too skeptical. I am glad I can still visit state parks with the stay-at-home order though. 😛 Walking outside is important. ---- Please subcribify: ua-cam.com/users/MeAnINFP
We are under it too. I have a side job as an essential but my government job is not ??? But cool video I relate to your points from one Fi dom to the Next
Also an INFP but I was keeping veeeery up to date. Like I was looking at all the news and stuff on Reddit since January (obsessively to the point people thought I was crazy, lol), so I knew all this was coming. I actually thought no one was taking it seriously enough rofl. Maybe it's because I'm an Enneagram 6, so I worst-case-scenario worry all the time. I also was living in Korea, but I'm visiting family in the US now. I actually almost didn't come back because I knew it'd get worse in America because no one was taking it seriously (and some still aren't) but I figured seeing family was more important. Still, I'd say get ready. You shouldn't panic, but definitely stay informed because knowledge is power. Stay safe~
Anjel It makes perfect sense you’d stay up to date if you’re a 6 enneagram. I don’t keep up with the news in general. 😅 Although I do take precautions for my health. One of my state officials actually said part of the reason they’re issuing the stay-at-home order is because he saw people not taking it seriously. It’s sad. Americans can be pretty ignorant. Once I learned about the virus precautions I was following them. I have slowly learned that it would be useful to keep informed on the pandemic, though. I agree it’s helpful to know accurate information. :)
@@MeAnINFP Oh yeah, I recently realized the enneagram thing and it makes so much sense because I catastrophize everything ROFL. But yeah, corona is scary, but there are things we can all do to protect ourselves and those around us, we just need to arm ourselves with correct information. At least your state is taking some measures, but I think there's a lot more we need to be doing, especially with regard to testing and PPE for healthcare workers. My sister is a nurse and right now she's working in conditions where they expect her not to wear a mask because they don't have enough supplies. Absolutely unacceptable. Scared for healthcare workers, regular workers out of the job right now, students, the elderly, the economy. I think we're really in the middle of a historical event that future generations will look back on and gawk at, OTL.
Fam, same! I was keeping up to date and was so effin pissed at people in the UK who were saying its like the flu. I was watching so much news that i was basically on the verge of a panic attack for a week because the government wasnt doing enough and the HEARD IMMUNITY plan oml don't get me started on that bs, im glad they did a U turn on that but kinda late, UK is now in the top worst hit in Europe. USA is even worse aii I hope you are safe out there!!!😔🤗
@@ijjekova yeah omg, the herd immunity thing was so stupid from the beginning, I can't. I also saw after Boris Johnson got it he changed his opinion on the matter real quick. Ugh, people are awful. Thank you for the well wishes and I hope you're staying safe as well!
I think you have a good point.. To find a way creatively or otherwise to cope ans be healthy when it seems we are being controlled or at least experience a loss of some of our daily wanna doings . to find a way to cope is soo important when we can't change things right now and we can't just sleep till its over. We always have control of ourselves.. And free play is the best kind of way to really take control.. When I see kids playing and there's nothing else but their imagination making the world for them. That's freedom
lol just a few hours ago, my mom tried to tell me to do my school work for my online college courses, and she told me right as I was about to go and do it, and I was like "Why'd you have to tell me to do it? Now I don't want to anymore." Also, Ella is DEFINITELY an INFP. I related to her so much as a child when I saw the movie. I didn't know there was a book!
Cuts back to all the times I wrote poems about not liking poetry, and essays challenging authority and the system. May or may not of done something like that on a serious leap test, but luckily the principal made me redo it.
Elijah Hieber I stay up all night the day before my exam so that I mayn't procrastinate. I'm the one who's often punished by teacher with delinquent students who come late intentionally in my high school. (school rules are very strict in our country).😅😅😅 But sometimes teachers let me go and punishes delinquent students.
Hi Me an INFP, new to your channel here and i like you am an INFP. I think what's happening right now is forcing people into revaluating how we operate ourselves on this planet economically, how we position ourselves and how we treat each other if we are to survive, as even before the pandemic hit we still had wars, poverty, climate change and so on. Usually though, most people only tend to change how they act and look out for others if they are being forced to do so and in the case of this pandemic..Well here we are. That man is not somehow 'higher than' or 'separate from' nature. You do one thing on one part of the planet then the effect of that action could go all around the world, causing either good or bad effects. In the pandemics case..Alot of bad. For me, i've felt strongly that people need to know that there is more to what we know about how we think the way the world ought to work. That there is alot more to life than what our parents, friends or co-workers taught us of just toiling away at some job you hate just so we can get something which has value because we as a society collectively believe it does so only then when we have enough of that we can then get what we need to live a fulfilling life. Only to endup getting just enough of that thing anyway to barely even survive. That thing being money. I think we can do alot better than that. openaccesseconomy.org I understand some might have abit of a hostile reaction to this as it makes them question their own beliefs, values and thoughts about the way the world ought to work. But if this new information can affect atleast somebody even in just one positive way to begin to create positive changes, then when enough do that after that one person has spread the word and started helping and educating others to do the same. We can potentially overcome anything. And remember. Don't just be a sheep to the norms of society...Be different. Stay in your truth. Be a wolf. x
Justin Richards you are right this outbreak is nothing compared to historical outbreak like famine, Expansion of Mongol Empire, Expansion of Ummayad Caliphate, Genocide of Armenia, Plague, Cannibalism, Peasants dying by starvation in Medieval times, Crusades, Two World Wars etc. Wars, Genocide, Rape, famine, Execution, Persecution and more human suffering. There has been much greater human suffering than now.😔😔

Stop giving away all our secrets. Haha. Just kidding. I wish I could be as brave as you and do this. I'm the only person who listens to my monologues, and I say a lot of things.
I had to do an intern for m'y collège now that's fucked..otherwise in général it's not a catastrophe since there are good things happening out of thé virus expecially to understand better human nature and also seeing thé pollution crisis that will help for a cleaner air in our cities

Guys help me out. There is this girl who is also an infp like me. And i really want to be her friend ( don't want a relationship). I am scared i am going to screw it up. What do i do because i have been scared to make friends because of past experiences.
Im also an INFP i took the crisis quite seriously from the beginning and i dont see the current situation as 'being controlled' and i think its immature to do so. I get the part of rebelling against stuff someone tells u to do but this is not about us as individuals its about protecting other people? If anything embracing this change is the most moral thing to do rn. I dont want to sound judgemental especially since i also got pissed when told to do something as a teen and i would delay and rebel - I have come to realize its a very self destructive behaviour though thanks to TJ parents and maybe they brought out my inferior Te out earlier or sth. But ya i dont think its a right time to complain about 'loss of control' u still have full control of things u just need to realize it and work around things. I was quite stressed a while ago too not because of the change so much but rather the lack of, and the fact that people were not willing to take it seriously and ignored social distancing instructions. Also if its any reassurance, extroverts are losing it way more us haha 🤗 take care and i hope u feel better soon!

Your guest doesn't have very, good manners. I say kick this whatever Pandemic out of your steam next time 😆
During editing, did you realize how many times you said "like"? I started giggling. I think i do this alot as well. Like... alot. Lol.
😂😂😂 because we, INFP's often think before saying something, like I use the word "like", "I", "I mean" too much in my conversation.
You used the work "Nik" when you talked about grabbing the toilet paper from the store. Did you pick that word up over seas?
Matthew Neill I don’t know. 🤔 Sometimes I use words that make my friend say I’m talking in a british way Lel
