My friend they robbed you on the windshield seal. Its dirt cheap direct from bmw think about £45 and all you do is pull old one off and squeeze on the new one. Took me 1/2 hour. Beautiful car though.

The IS500 is a far better alternative… beautiful vehicles .. depends on your desire. lc500s depreciate a bit more than the IS500.. the IS drives smoother and feels safer.. the LC windows lack a frame which is awkward.. but the LC500 is way underpriced for what it is. If surpasses any Mercedes or bmw coupe.. at half the price pre owned

i never understand why people say the cabin is loud lol or the handling is bad....lol i dont think anyone drives QUIET nowadays. its either music or radio on all the time. lol unless youre crazy. most handling problem is driver issue not car. lol

We drive the Miata RF here in the Philippines through our rough roads and it's no problem at all. The size is perfect when dealing with Jeepneys, Teicycles, aircon buses and narrow barrio roads.

Really have to ask, is really even a corvette anymore? It stands against everything the corvette was... mid engine mounted, flat plane crank, and more HP than torque really makes it feel more like a poor mans ferrari and less like a American v-8 muscle car that's true to it's roots.

My 3 boys age 8-12 still jump in my 2000 540i and say it smells like a new car. They haven’t been in the 2003 M5 and don’t know it exists. Soon. I’ve been doing rear door vapor barrier fixes so it’s possible the smell is some mold relate to that or a dead animal as was commented. The e39 should not be a stinky car.

If it’s out of warranty, how good of a deal is it really? Repairs can be really pricey. I think for the average person wanting to step up, you need to consider CPO and extending the warranty.

Yes this car is an absolute unicorn in the used car market. Especially the pre-refreshed ones which I think look far better. Funny I stumbled across this video because it was SERIOUSLY 👌🏾 this close to getting a CPO Macan a year ago. The car only had 38,000 miles and the Porsche dealer was ready to part ways for $30,000. If you like owning unicorns, check out the F31 generation BMW 328d (diesel) sports wagon. It’s my current DD and it’s an enthusiast best kept secret (only about 8 wagons for sale on Autotempest). Another good buy to replace the Macan is a 997 generation 911 or Audi A4 All-Road are pretty quirky too.

Good stuff. I purchased my CPO 2020 Macan S in January of this year at the Austin Porsche dealer also. My 20 inch wheels and PASM were a huge selling point. The 21's look great but you do sacrifice ride quality. The vehicle is best on the market in this category. So glad I took my time to cross shop numerous cars before I stumbled upon the Macan and realized the bang for your buck is 100% unbeatable.

Should I buy one? I’m a high vibe woman, so yeah, absolutely. I bought it in January after testing it for 10 days. It brought even more joy to my life. I found any excuse to drive it, we ran out of water or milk? I offered immediately to go and find supplies. The Miata called to me, “ drive me”. This beauty is arriving in May, made to build, RF, AT, machine grey. Here in Spain it’s called the Miata Kazari. I chose automatic because the sport button blew my mind anddddd it was a dream to drive after the Miata soft top, with its stick shift. The soft top was all over the road, the RF comes in a little heavier and the difference is that it’s steadier on the road. I had to fly to another island to order it, I’ll be flying over when it arrives and bringing it over on the ferry. It’s already an experience, the wait, the anticipation, the thoughts in my mind when I imagine it in my garage. I’m upscaling in many ways and this roadster is just the start. 😊 zoom zoom ❤

There’s a button next your sport mode that has a circle around an “A” that turns off that “Automatic hold” you’re speaking off. Should be underneath the “Off Road” button. The shaking and jerking around 1RPM might be your transfer case or PDK. I’ll get that diagnosed atleast just to be safe they’ll probably recommend a fluid change. There’s also a recall for the Transfer Case see if yours still within. I think it’s 10 years or 100k. Which ever first.
