Hey Ryan another great video I did have one question though I have the OBC with the six pin connector that comes out of it I'm currently going up to the Navitas 600 amp controller and 5 KW motor am I going to need to keep the OBC in the golf cart I know I can eliminate the charging portion of it but do I need to use that 6 pin connector

dunno what TXT means, thought it meant Text . I have a white 48v cart ,kinda roundy front end, switch is the key switch R/N/D has a run tow switch about middle ways behind the batteries trying to find out what kind of eZgo it is, if anyone knows?

I’m running a reducer(blue one) on a ezgo 36v txt. Do I need to run my acc. wire and power wire to my fused acc. Block? I’m run green to from reducer to the ignition switch like it says

Do you have a video to show how to install a navitas on a series cart? I was told that you have to rewire the main wiring harness to convert?

Great video! I just got a 70.3V to upgrade my Cushman Hauler Pro. Seems like a straightforward install, but curious about the CAN connection and whether i'll run into interlock issues? Those angle brackets can be cut really easily with a set of smaller bolt cutters. I even round the corners off with them. If you need to cut them, clip them, don't saw them.

Instead of drilling the hole out to be bigger size, just run a tap through it and cut some threads. For what is being held on, if you just put a little loctite on it, its not going anywhere and you don't need to worry about nuts on the back side.

Can't I use the original motor with this kit?

Was there any problems with the spline counts on the old motor vs the new one? My motor shows to have a 19 Spline and the Navitas says 10? Just wanna be dang sure before I purchase one of these kits.

What projects were done before when one started?

The predator shocks don't work on jakes without binding. I replaced with Fox zero pro shocked with heim ends

Just a note. 2 years later and these color combos are not correct. I just installed this on my resistor cart. The colors given for FNR are backwards. Not a huge deal since I could use the app to tell what was what. Grey is FWD and Brown is REV. On the Pedal box. The PB8 I got was a Chinese clone (called CURITS). Grey jacket with red, white and black wires. The instructions given in the video for this box aren't correct. I was gettin max of .68 V upon pedal press. The correct color combo is Red->Harness White (5V+), Black->Harness Purple (GND), White -> Harness Yellow (Wiper). Otherwise, Thank you for this! Couldn't have done it without your instruction.

Grade 8 is more brittle so it’s not necessarily better for every application. But overall good information.
