- In episode 1 of Building Custom Carts we talk about some of our trip to Ocean Lakes Camp Ground in SC. We look a little closer at the Custom Cart Cory Built Code Name "Blank Check".
we also talk about just building custom carts vs Building Custom Purpose built carts.
Ryan Talks about building a BAJA Style EZGO TXT and Modifying aftermarket lifts such as the Jakes Long Travel Lift.
We take a quick glance in the shop to look at Ryan's Daughters cart and our 4 wheel drive cart on Tracks.

The overland 6 wheel drive would be awesome. Pulling a tent trailer. Sweet!
My new favorite channel. Some sick carts here. Plus great customer service from you guys
Glad to hear that you survived the fall!
When will the Navitas 4x4 variants that you mentioned be available for ordering via the GCM web store?
I would like to know how to make my CC Precedent a dual motor, dual battery, all wheel drive cart, with 4 wheel disc brakes.
Not sure how to make the front steer and connect a drive axle at the same time.
Are you going to make full build playlist and videos soon
I was thinking about your suspension. I would pic up an ATV frame and use that as a basis. The front A arms and stuff are made more for the jumping and travel. Then modify the frame for the rear swing arm and mount the cart rear to it. There is loads of potential.
100k cant believe it.....that goes to show you how well followers like their modified golf cart!!
I would like to know how to remove the rear facing seat since there is a an A shaped bracket in which the upper portion of the front seat mounts to, as well as the lower portion of the rear facing seat. The rear seat is unusable because the cart has a 6 inch lift and so the bottom step is about 18 inches from the floor. I need to figure out how to add a 2nd step that hangs further down.
can you email us a pic?
Awesome video! What lift does the pink DS have
It has a Jake’s Long Travel on the front with Allsports Monster Lift bars in the back
I just swapped my Jakes LT onto my new build and I’ve got some wheel bearing and heim play and have wanted to swap those joints since I got it but never took the time to measure them. Do you happen to have a link or part number for those bad Johnnies you got by chance? Sick video man
Shoot man I should’ve watched the full video. I need those coilovers too. I found them I think but if you happen to have any of these links or have them on the site to simplify my process that would be incredible. My next goal is to find rear replacements
I want to see offroad capable carts modded. I want to make one SO BAD. I actually have a need for one. I thought about modifying a 4x4 4 wheeler, but I want electric. Oh and to mount a 50 on it. 'MERICA!
I don’t see that IFS system on your website. Where can I find more info on that?
100K baby!
Why not go solar panels on the roof of the overland cart? I’ve been researching solar roof for golf cart and it’s actually pretty impressive.
I have 2024 ezgo express 4x4 with independent suspension front and rear does anyone make lift kit for it ?
100k!!🎉
8:02 shout outs, from Houston TX 🤙
100K!!! Go Modify! 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Whatever happened to the cart you were working on with the massive sound system?
its been stuck in GA waiting on the rear air suspension to be finished
Really hoping you do a follow up video on that when it’s done.
Why not try using sxs suspension parts. Would be alot stronger. Maybe some kind of independent rear suspension also.
100k smash that bell!
Heck yeah! motocross golf car!
I want a custom golf cart made for my wife and I cant find anyone who will do it. Can you help?🙏

We have two therapy Golden Retrievers that we take around two different shopping centers and communities in the area and people love interacting with the kind gentle dogs so much so that the local news did an article on us. What I currently use now is a Club Car Precedent with a Navitas 5K and a 72 V big battery system and by taking all that weight off cart it rides a little bit rough. And we're going from Community to community so we're driving 35 to 45 miles an hour on the roads and I would like to have a cart or at least see a cart that's made to travel buttery-smooth on the roads. I have fabrication skills from working a research development job and can build mostly anyting it's just finding the bits and pieces since covid has been a chore. And finding airbag small enough to be on a golf cart that would still be springy enough to ride right I've never found anybody to talk to. Any ideas? And I was going to stretch the president to make a limo cart
@goldenlife9856 the Club Car Precedent is one of the more difficult carts to modify suspension on do to the aluminum frame rails and the rest of the body being plastic. Is your cart lifted?
@GolfCartsModified Six inch lift on the one cart. But I built a bolt on truck arm (two link) that bolts into the cross member on a cart that had a totalled body. Used air shocks and got a decent ride quality. But getting bags small enough to be sized properly for the load, I've never found answers.
Seriously thinking 3 link. Like I said, I'm not scared to fabricate
100k🙏
100k daddy needs new battery 😊
