SOUND WAVE BUILD BOARD and Visit From The H.O.A Lady.

Today Ryan Shows how he sets up his Build/Vision Board. He also gets a surprise visit from the HOA lady.

You have great content!
In most HOAs, you are given a warning and a period of time to comply. If you don’t, then a registered letter. I’ve never heard of some Karen just showing up and thinking they can unilaterally write a citation/fine. HOAs have several members usually elected. They typically don’t like it if you get a bunch of neighbors together and show up at a meeting but issues can be resolved there. Keep in mind, the courts usually side with the homeowner over a HOA.
