Jesus is real. He saved me from a lot of situations and I don't know if it's His way of saying "pause or else" I know it's His way of saving me. because I may not know that if He did not allow things to happen, who knows? I am a repetitive sinner and I am very ashamed of myself... One day, I hope He will heal my sickness even though I am not deserving of it. 😭. To GOD be all the glory.

Gray isn't a choice. Gray is ambiguity and a lens that we have to strain to see through, but ultimately we will come to the decision one way or another. It may take some time to see clearly, but we will get there and we already have the answers inside of us to know. I recently saw a podcast clip with Candace Cameron Bure, and one of her guests talked about praying for her children that when they have or are in the process of choosing sin, they will feel that pressure, wrestle, and uncomfortableness inside of them to help them know and understand the consequences of sin so that they will stay away from it. I've never thought that as a mother and have added that to my prayer arsenal. Genius.Pray for choices between good and evil to appear to us as white and black so that as we exercise discernment it becomes more clear and easy to spot ❤

I have always loved this scripture for its metaphor of the sword the Savior is speaking of in this video. 1. What is something new that I have learned in this course that I hope to remember? The tree of life teaching. That I need to stay by the tree ( hold to my covenants ) so that I can help others see the way to Jesus Christ. 2. What are some scripture study techniques I’ve implemented in my study that I’ve learned from this course? I have started keeping a journal as I have read the Book of Mormon and listened to various podcasts and used other resources. This has been a powerful tool in my learning. 3. What have I been doing to abide by the precepts of the Book of Mormon? Each time I have felt inspired I have set small goals to work on. For example, one time I set a goal to stop contention in my life. It was hard but it made me more aware of my own thoughts and feelings towards others. Thank you brother Hilton for your sincerity in guiding me through this Book of Mormon journey. I truly feel the Book of Mormon personally speaks to me now.
