Yeah, Stratton is $$$. The Bromley Market at the bottom of Bromley is yummy (bbq) and more affordable, but obviously not is same location as Stratton.

not many people are lucky enough to get a catered breakfast from the Blue Benn! Woot! It was year 3 for us, and I'll suggest we buy earplug for campsite location. Yeah, the hike outta Woodford NoBo is 9 miles uphill no matter how you slice it. Happy hiking!

Also, I think your tent site now that you're on the National Forest meets the "remote" term since technically you're allowed to camp 100 - 200' off trail / away from water/road in the National Forest =) PS: I live in Maine too (but from Bennington).

You passed my favorite house on the trail at 2:14. A beautiful lab came out to greet us there and while Babyblue was enthusiastically patting him, he decided that he needed to mark his territory. Fortunately I was the only one to see or her trail name might have changed! I love hiking along with your videos.
