It's important to note the huge difference between the juries and televoting for Israel 💙🤍💙 showing how the competition has been taken by a very loud minority, enforcing their opinion on the juries. This loud minority ruined so much of the evening with it's booing. This is the first example of "things other than love" that Nemo has mentioned

Heartbroken for Norway. I think the winner was really good though. Point system needs to be revised, so that high quality but relatively niche acts get the points they deserve (Every country should get points from every other country, not just the top 10, as it severely punishes acts that regularly end up in the 11-15 spot, as they always get 0.

I usually love your analysis and agree with you the majority of the time. But with the UK I feel you re not seeing (or ignoring?) the elephant in the room. I actually liked Dizzy and have it on my playlist, but I felt the live version was way too sexualized. I was watching the show with my friend and her daughter and I was cringing the entire time. In Canada this show runs at 2pm.

I found our UK entry vulgar to the extreme. Too over the top and I am gay. There should be a rule as its a family show and children were likely watching. What folk do in private is their affair but not infront of the public, especially children.

i am from the netherland but i still watched the eurovision even after my country got completly kicked out from the song to the jury but i was hopping croatia won but that didnt happen bit disopointing
