- I share the current standings of the odds for semi-final one and the overall winner of #Eurovision2024 : Some interesting changes right before the show starts.
This is not a recommendation or advice on who to place bets on nor an encouragement to do so at all.
I am simply sharing my personal, subjective opinion on the songs and their respective positions in the odds at this moment in time.

I was at the village in Turin during the final and it was awesome!

I was watching the pre-show on SVT play and the hostess was interviewing this cute little boy about his love for Eurovision and his parents told her that he watches Eurovision Histories! 💖

I cast all 20 of my votes (from rest of the world) for Portugal on the official Eurovision App. I noticed that when adding votes it is important to click on plus sign below the country thumbnail, instead of above the image, but this looks a little confusing because the plus sign above is closer to the image of the next country below. Once you add votes you can view your votes to make sure the votes went to the country you wanted before you finalize.

I know a lot of ukrainians all across the Europe who already got their 5 sim cards ready for support their country. I have a feeling that Ukraine will smash the televote again with 350-400 points.

Croatia are now at 35% and are only increasing after the leaked video footage with the camera angles. Croatia are ONLY increasing whereas everyone else is gonna decrease. Really can't see anyone overtaking Baby by Saturday now. He has FIRMLY created himself as the clear favourite. If these odds are to be taken seriously, he could DESTROY the final result like Loreen last year. If his odds get to 40% it's almost confirmed if we go by past history.
Croatia won't get many points from the juries. He likely wins the televote but probably not by that much. It's highly unlikely we see a landslide win again and that doesn't just go for Croatia. It will be very close this year.
Calm down, we still have a whole 2nd SF to see! Many things can still change (I mean, I hope not, but still - easy there for now 😅)

Offtopic but I wonder, do other fans watch Eurovision on YT or follow the national broadcast? I've been watching it on Eurovision official channel in recent years because I don't want to listen to the commentaries of the national broadcast. They seem so unnecessary and sometimes just lame to me tbh.
