This was cllearly two unrelated episodes smushed together. (you will see that better later). The episode gives a hint that they will be doing some exploring in uncharted regions which is the reason for the Galaxy class - made for longer complicated voyages with less contact with HQ. Then they go back to standard ST plots like 1) we need X because of a plague 2) we are hosting delegates for some kind of negotiation 3) we ran into a random probe in space 4) someone on board is not what he seems to be 5) random energy being takes over one or more of the crew. Season 2 has some bangers tho

I really couldn’t get into the movie. It was Sean connery’s most action packed bond film but the problem is most of the action sequences are underwater which make it dull and and a chore to get through. The plot also was forgettable

I was with you until I saw From Russia with Love at 22. It caused me to have to pause the video, stand up and take a breath before I carried on 😅 - Little story about Die Another Day...Me and my friend waited 45 minutes to download that song back in the dial up internet days. Needless to say we were furious once we heard it. Edit: second "stand up and breath" moment for Goldeneye at 14 (it's in my top 3) - But honestly I'm still really enjoying this video.

What I love about Nobody Does It Better is that as much as I love Carly Simon's voice, I'm not in love with most of her repertoire. For me, this is the stuff she excels in. Love the production of this video, by the way.

The notification for your video popped-up 3x, as I guess you had to re-edit to appease the YT deities. Your efforts are always appreciated. There's a cover of Nobody Does It Better by singer/songwriter Aimee Mann, from Shaken and Stirred: The David Arnold James Bond Project - and it's one of my favorite renditions. Mann has never been a fan of happy go lucky songs, and the tonality to her cover is unique. Really do love Garbage's contribution to the James Bond series. Their video for that song however was inspired by dreams only a crack pot could provide. Shirley Manson was preparing for her role as a Terminator I guess. Thank you for a great video Chattery!

It still cracks me up in the movie 'Ted' when John starts singing "All Time High" to Lori as a means to win her heart back. Such a sappy song, even for it's time. Wish they would have gotten Blondie to do a song for a Bond film back in their heyday era of the 70's/80's.

Since the like/dislike ratio on this video is nearly 50/50, I'm now questioning whether or not I will continue this series. If people are really not enjoying it, it will not continue. These videos aren't usually very divisive, so I don't get it. I may just ignore it and finish the series for my own fulfillment.

Ah man, been loving your content lately - I'm 38 and was in tears watching this scene. This season fixed so much of what hurt my soul about how the movies left the Enterprise crew. I don't even care if it's pure nostalgia - as far as I'm concerned, it's nostalgia done right. Great reaction videos man - you're well-informed, love Star Trek and it's a joy that you're willing to share how emotionally invested you are in this universe. You're an intelligent (and emotionally in-touch) young man and just wanted to reaffirm that. Been loving your Lower Decks content too, keep it up - I'd almost love to hear you discuss Star Trek with other content-creators, you clearly have a lot of meaningful opinions to share.
