Oscar, what do you think about a promotion from a Software Engineer to Software Engineering Manager impact on EB1A? I recently got my I-140 for EB1A approved as a Software Engineer, but I wonder if I would be limited to working as a Software Engineer in the US and would need to turn down promotions to management until being eligible to naturalize? Or the same field (software engineering) makes it fine?

Hi @OscarsGreenCard. I was wondering if you saw the recent guidelines on I-485. USCIS is now requiring the I-693 to be filed WITH the I-485. In my approved NIW application, my lawyer put up the endeavor as "doing computer science research", but I ended up finding a job in the industry as a software engineer. I wonder if that would cause problems to my AOS application later

Is an endeavour always a business idea or also to seek employment in a field? And if a business idea, can transitioning to to employment (in the same field) mean being revoked? For example, employment in a tech field, instead of an approval originally based on a tech-related business.

Oscar i asked one lower to review the letter he said 100% is fake letter from USCIS .. there is a lot of grammar error and he said never share details on their letter ,, not sure the reason the guy created this letter, but it was fake letter .. unless he share his case i can consider it is fake

Hi Oscar! Could you please read it! From your video and some USCIS website what I understand is that the fee for a self petitioner for EB 2 NIW who do not qualify for reduced Asylum Program Fee and is not an employee in US has to pay $715 (Filing Fee) plus $600 (Asylum Program Fee) both?
