On your previous video, you suggested that I should start a new petition instead of filing a motion to reappeal or reopening/reconsider using form I-290B. Does this mean that i should choose a new proposed endeavor and find new recommenders? My initial endeavor before getting RFE was: Mathematics Teacher Educator. In response to the RFE I told USCIS that as a future mathematics educator, i plan to join in the campaign for Equity and Access using technology as a means to tackle low academic achievements in mathematics. Is there any advise you can give.

Hi, both options are possible, it really depends on the specific case. Chances will improve with more achievements and influence in the field (publications, citations, conferences, networking, etc)

I agree with your list. I made some of them and got an RFE. I was careful not to use the actual words 'labor shortage', yet they still mentioned it in my RFE. I guess they picked up on the tone of what I wrote, or are aware that there is a labor shortage in my field.

@@OscarsGreenCard after working on my RFE I realized that my case as far as the matter of Dhanasar goes is weak. I think they gave me the opportunity with the RFE to craft it better, because they did mention that they needed people like me. I tried my best. Whatever the Universe decides I would be ok...just short of some $$$ but I had to take the risk. Thanks!

Hi, I do only a few reviews each month, she can check out eb2niw.info/services/ and under the calendar one can enter their email address to be notified once new slots are released.
If she just has the petition, tell her that she can email me at oscar@eb2niw.info to upgrade to the course with a discount (slightly higher than what she already spent). The course has very detailed videos including how to write each chapter and she can submit questions in each lesson. I recommend to start there if she is not enrolled. Also, course members get priority when accessing reviews, and we meet once a month.

Oscar, I am a postdoc in H-1B visa and my spouse is in H-4 visa, she want to take benefit of CHIP perinatal Medicaid (Texas state benefit for Pregnant women). Soon I am thinking to apply for EB2 NIW based green card. Will that affect the process of green card? Thanks
