Hi! Thanks for your words. Yes, even though the courses have some overlapping content, there are also very disctinct parts explaining specific aspects of each of the two categories. You also get the sample petition letter written in the structure and format needed for the specific category. If you are an existing course member, I provide a discount for the second course. Hello Oscar, I self applied for I-140 National Interest Waiver but received an RFE to show that my endeavor is of substantial merit & national importance etc. After responding to the USCIS prompts, I later received another mail stating that my application was denied. The options giving to me was either to appeal or submit a motion to reopen or reconsider. I am currently confused and don't know what next to do. Kindly advise. Thanks 😊
I can't provide individualized advice but I generally prefer submitting a new , well crafted case, rather than appealing . If you decide to do that, the course teaches how to write a good petition
Not sure if it realy worth it. The whole thing of uscis & nvc is just draining the hell energy out of me.
That's a personal decision. EB-1A specifically is "current" for most countries, so it is a relatively fast route towards residency if one qualifies
