I have a question related to the police records, my daughter lives in the US and she got it only from the state where she lives in, does she need the federal one? Thanks

@@OscarsGreenCard Gracias Oscar, si estoy pendiente de contar nuestra historia, yo espero tener la entrevista pronto 🙏, nuestra fecha de documentos completos de NVC es 03/18/2024, ya recibimos el primer email del NVC de los 60 days, y segun he escuchado aqui en Saudi salen rapido las citas.. ojala 🙏🙏🙏🙏 y te prometo despues de la cita cuadrar nuestro testimonio… la duda q tengo es porque mi hija es mayor de 16, venezolana y vive en USA porque esta en college con F1 y tenia entendido que los records policiales son de los países donde haya vivido por mas de 6 meses despues de los 16 años y USA es uno de ellos. Yo envie al NVC los del estado donde ella vive y estudia pero nose si deban ser los Federales q cubre la nacion? Gracias 🙏

Oscar, I want to pay the NVC Immigration Fee with a Visa debit card. The site asks for a Routing Number. There is nome for the debit card? What do I do? Please help.
You can only pay with a bank account within the US. You will need to get someone in the US to pay for you.
This is for paying using a bank account. You can open a Wise.com account and inside you can open a USD account which will have routing and account number that you can use.

Hi Oscar, i got my eb2 niw package back because of the credit card issue. Is it better to send money order and should i send the same application package or print out a new one when sending it again. Thank you
Hi, I can't give personalized advice and even less without knowing all the facts. Generally I recommend an American money order above all payment methods whenever possible (USPS money order for example)
Thank you Oscar. My application packets are stapled in separate sections. Should i reprint new ones or send the same one? Its ok if you cant answer this but thank you for all your help.
@@acgrng3779 I haven't seen it so I can't tell. just make sure you send a package that is properly put together. Staples are a big nono. In my course I show how to prepare the package

If Cristina is reading this, just wanted to say something that my lawyer had mentioned. If you had initially indicated you will go through change of status in your application, it would be a long and complex process to change it to consular processing. The opposite is pretty easy
that's correct! It's always easier (and free) to go from consular to AOS. Luckily Cristina is already on her way to NVC (waiting for welcome letter)

I needed your advice on a topic. My EB2NIW - I140 is approved (thanks to your videos) and I hold a Master's degree from USA. I would like to understand if my current job meets the NIW requirement. My current position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work experience.
This is what USCIS website states: The job you apply for must require an advanced degree and you must possess such a degree or its foreign equivalent (a baccalaureate or foreign equivalent degree plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate, progressive work experience in the field). You must meet any other requirements specified on the labor certification as applicable as of the priority date.
My lawyers said it should be fine but I just wanted a second opinion. I am confused mainly because of the following lines above, "The job you apply for must require an advanced degree" Thank you.
Hi, thanks for your kind words. I think you are confusing the general EB2 category (with labor certification) and the NIW route inside EB2. What the lawyers said is right.

Thank you! I suppose you could always try asking small businesses or charities that identify with your cause and would like to endorse your project. It would always depend on the amount of money of course.
