Surprising lessons from Jake Paul
This week we are talking at the man who took centre stage on Netflix's first ever live sporting event, Jake Paul.
He's an incredibly controversial and alot of times hated persona but there's no denying he has done some incredible things in his life, including live on Netflix with over 65 million people tuning in having only started boxing 4 years ago!
So in this episode I study him a bit and discuss some of the main things we can learn from him, cause I've no doubt he is not where he is by chance!
Also since Katie Taylor also took part in the same card we also had to talk about that wonder woman also!!

Dealing with uncertainty and how thoughts impact your life
Переглядів 1714 днів тому
This week I'm talking about 2 topics I've been learning/experiencing a lot of recently thoughts and uncertainty. These topics may come across a bit woo woo but I think once you look past that there is some really good value in them. Thoughts: Speaking about how you are not your thoughts and there is separation between yourself and what you think. Also about the concept of how repetitive thought...

So here we are. I really just wanted to voice that we all most likely went through some not so nice things as kids and that they may have had a negative knock-on impact to how you acted and what we believed g...

The question is if you had to apply yourself to a goal like an Olympic athlete for four years, what would you love to do? In this episode I go over this question and some of the things to consider when as...
