  • This one is a bit rawer and more emotional and one I’m actually incredibly nervous about putting out there! But these days I’m trying to lean into fear and doing things I don’t want to do. So here we are.
I really just wanted to voice that we all most likely went through some not so nice things as kids and that they may have had a negative knock-on impact to how you acted and what we believed growing up, but that’s extremely common and completely normal.
What’s important is that you aren’t still carrying those thoughts, feelings and beliefs around with you now. That you looked at them for what they are, let them go and learned to love yourself for who you are and now have belief in yourself.
For me that thing was being a red head (aka ginger) and I wanted to voice some thoughts around it and how I came out the other side. I also wanted to showcase how being vulnerable is actually a strength and takes a lot of ‘balls’ to do.
I’d hope that this is helpful for some of you listening and if you are dealing with any issues yourself be sure to talk to someone 😊
    Lots of love, Eoghan
