How to write a Gym Session for yourself

  • This week it's another bitesize episode and I'm sharing the format I mainly use for planning gym sessions and one that you could replicate to create your own workouts.
    This episode will be useful for anyone who just feel they go into the gym and move aimless around for an hour with no real structure and not really knowing what they should be doing at all.
    If you use this layout you sessions will be under an hour and ensure you are training your whole body each time you are in the gym.
