Dealing with uncertainty and how thoughts impact your life

  • This week I'm talking about 2 topics I've been learning/experiencing a lot of recently thoughts and uncertainty.
    These topics may come across a bit woo woo but I think once you look past that there is some really good value in them.
    Thoughts: Speaking about how you are not your thoughts and there is separation between yourself and what you think. Also about the concept of how repetitive thoughts and self created narratives (which may be completely made up by you) can really dictate how you live and experience your life.
    Uncertainty: I'm back in the field of uncertainty at the moment, so I touch on the worry, stress & anxiety that can arise from the unknown. But the importance of embracing it, taking it one step at a time and not trying to predict the future or get attached to future expected outcomes.
    I find these topics tough to articulate so thanks for your patience and hope you try to apply some of this and see how it can impact your life :)
