Myself and four friends bikepacked from DC to Pittsburgh, following the C&O Towpath from DC to Cumberland for 185 miles and the great Allegheny Passage (GAP) from Cumberland to Pittsburgh 150 miles. This was a self-supported nine-day trip. We trapped our camping gear and supplies to our bikes.
We took our time and explored the many towns and local flavors as we follow the trails. The journey exceeded our expectations.

*Day 4:* Big Woods Hiker-Biker Campsite (Mile 82.7) to C&O Bicycle and Bunkhouse, Hancock, MD (Mile 124.5)
*Day 5:* C&O Bicycle and Bunkhouse, Hancock, MD (Mile 124.5) to Evitts Creek Hiker-Biker Campsite (Mile 180.1)
*Day 6:* Evitts Creek Hiker-Biker Campsite (C&O Mile 180.1) to Mryersdale (GAP Mile 31.9) Donges Drive in (Motel)
*Day 7:* Meyersdale (Mile 31.9) to Ohiopyle State Park (Kentuck Campground (GAP Mile 72.6)
*Day 8:* Ohiopyle State Park (Mile 72.6) to Dravo Hiker-Biker Campground (Mile 122.6)
*Day 9:* Dravo Hiker-Biker Campground (Mile 122.6) to Pittsburgh (Mile 150)
