Really enjoyed seeing both of your reactions and hearing what you both thought. We were right in the path of totality in 2017 and looks like our experience was exactly the same as everyone's this year I just never realized how lucky we were and how many people didnt get to enjoy it. I love hearing everyone cheer when it happens. You actually had a great filter for your phone I have seen several videos this was really good well done John. It was most surprising how cold it did get we knew how it would get dark but the drop in degrees was so interesting. You two are so sweet it was nice seeing you both and that looked like a great place to stay and a nice little hike to start the day!
Jodi, it was just as you said. We didn't know what is would feel like, and it was such a cool to experience. I have watched it several times myself just to see our reactions.I hope we live long enough to see the next one. We'll be in our 80s by then. As always, I enjoy reading your comments and watching your videos.
This was fun to watch. I loved that you filmed your reactions to it because it really allowed us to see how dark it got during totality. We had lots of clouds in Pennsylvania and only could see a partial.
Wow, John! That was fantastic! I was too far south to get to see totality. Thanks for sharing 👍
I’m hooked, this was worth it. Thanks for watching.
Awesome you guys went up there. Loved the reaction stretch with all the people screaming.
Yeah, it was just like going to a party. Hope to live long enough for the 2044 total eclipse

Yeah there were so many cool and professional photos online, I was just trying to capture the excitement. Thanks for watching.
Thanks for sharing! I was in Southern New England at the time. We were at about 90% totality. It seemed like there was cloud cover, nothing more.
I did that in 2017 and it was cool. I highly recommend totality.
It was quite the amazing experience!!
It really was. Wonder if Otis would have barked during totality?
