How matches influenced wrestling forever
Переглядів 2 тис.2 місяці тому
Just like The Simpsons have done everything before, wrestling has always been inspired by past events. Not only in the WWF/WWE, but also in Japan or the independent circuit, certain matches were the catalyst for initiating a whole new style of wrestling. Today, I will go into more detail about a few of them, even though there are probably a dozen more.
The complete history of STEROIDS and WRESTLING
Переглядів 14 тис.2 місяці тому
Today, we go down the rabbit hole and try to figure out not only the history of steroids and performance-enhancing drugs in professional sports, but also who were among the first to admit to using them, the consequences, the trials in the 1980s, and the future of these drugs in the sport.
8 Wrestlers Who Went from Ripped to Unrecognizable
Переглядів 124 тис.2 місяці тому
While we have covered many transformations in the past, today we will be doing so in reverse. Which wrestlers, who were once known for their jacked physiques, are no longer recognizable due to an injury, retirement, age, struggles, or simply an easier life?
Pro Wrestlings REAL vs FAKE weight and height
Переглядів 174 тис.3 місяці тому
Today i will try my best to cover the actual heights and weights from wrestlers in the past and present. Dont see it as a number set in stone, since the best thing we all can do is to take an educated guess and compare. Also we need to calculate in lifting boots and camera angles, which can be trickt in most cases.
How Brock Lesnars training made him undeniable
Переглядів 3,2 тис.3 місяці тому
Today we dive into Brock Lesnars past and present training, what changes he made for MMA, as well as his diet and approach to nutrition. Disclamer, even with all the training, "supplements" and food in the world, we probably wont end up like him since having the right parents is a big piece of the puzzle.

Переглядів 176 тис.3 місяці тому
Today we cover 10 (and some more in the intro like Eddie Guerrero or Edge) of the biggest transformation in Pro Wrestling, no matter if it was a huge weight loss, gaining few extra pounds of muscle or changing the whole gimmick and looks. Little mistake, Randy Orton is currently at 275, not 287.

Today, we will cover the heaviest bodyslams in WWF/WWE and WCW history. We will use the billed weights, since in professional wrestling, you always have to take everything with a grain of salt. If I forgot anyone, let me know in the comments.

Nothing pisses me off more than JBL and the Blue Meanie. JBL is an asshole I dont like that guy at all. As soon as someone who could actually go was on his ass(Steve Blackman) he got real soft real quick. I dont like men like that. Bullies who turn coward. I wish Blackman would’ve kicked his teeth out but a ladies bag saved JBL that day apparently.

I’ve only seen one wrestler in real life. Funny thing is his height seemed to be taller than his billed height. Bret Hart. I was in line behind him at Sunterra Sirocco in Calgary. I’m 5’10” and though he is billed at 6’0” he looked 6’2” or so. I was surprised how tall he was. Maybe because he wasn’t as bulky and the bulk made him look shorter. This was 2004. I guess he was probably wearing cowboy boots or something.

nba they seem like 1-2" shorter than real life, or they measure people with shoes on. NFL is legit as with most mlb teams. College players are measured taller by some school then measure shorter when on nfl roster by and 1" or so but not like 3-6" for wrestlers. So in the 2000s with all the ex football to wrestling it was harder to lie about the height. You don't grow taller after 20-24 years. For weight that can varies. As you get older your spine compress and curve looking height plus any surgery.

Andre shrank over time, due to his back injuries. His gigantism condition caused him a lot of pain over the years. Trying to analyze Andre is almost an insult considering that the man had to deal with, when all he wanted was to be treated as a normal bloke.

Andre was taller in his younger years and had a horrible back and hips making him slump as he got older. There's one photo of him and wilt Chamberlain standing side by side and they looked the same height. The one where they're picking Arnold up looks like he's hunched over some. I'd say in his prime he was 7,1. I met the giant Gonzalez or whatever he went by. Back then he wrestled with nwa later wcw and they were a smaller promotion than wwf and they came to my town and wrestled in our high cool gym. Sid vicious, nasty boys, sting and him with some no names or maybe they became bigger and I just don't remember them but I pissed Sid off. He was huge. I was sucked my in hard candy and threw it and it stuck to his shoulder and he looked dead at me and said come on up you little MFr. I was like 14 some special needs woman thought he was talking to her and she ran right to the ring and jumped in but they grabbed her feet. There was like hardly any barrier but a few metal gate things with openings. We was sit in bleachers. The cops took her out. I was cracking up. They was in our locker room so I walked right on back. And el giante came walking out and looked at me and he pointed out. He was the biggest SOB I'd ever seen. They had like 3 cops doing security and people was throwing stuff so they was occupied. There was maybe 200 people. Never figured they'd go on to be huge. They was on tv but nobody really watched them cause they was pretty small promotion at the time. Sting was their hulk hogan.we was sitting in the 2nd row right next to the exit of the locker room so I got to high five them as they came out. Stings match lasted like 15 seconds and the nasty boys were assholes and wouldn't slap our hands. Sid was to that's why I smoked him with candy. It was fun though.
