I can’t speak to bench presses, but I saw Scott Steiner play with 365 lbs on seated behind the neck shoulder presses. I worked at a Golds Gym in the 1990s. When wrestlers were in town for a show, they’d carpool to the gym for an early morning workout. Steiner started with 225 lbs to warm up, then 315 lbs, and finished with 3 sets of 12 reps of 365 lbs. Dude barely broke a sweat.

Hard to get accurate numbers on wrestlers bench, but I would think Goldberg must be somewhere in the top ten? Yvon Cormier ( The Beast) from the old AGPW days benched 465 back in the mid 60s. Not a lot by today’s standards, but that would have been top stuff for back in that time.

No Superstar Billy Graham, no Barbarian, and no Ron Simmons. Instead, your list includes 2-3 ppl who nobody has heard of, and their figures are not close to those the aforementioned names. Lesnar just has that look that he could do anything that hardly no one else can- half of its him (with a proven track record), and half is being such a built-up character on TV that makes you bullieve in such claims/possibilities. He was in FLEX bodybuilding magazine and the article claimed a 500lb bench- I'd give him up to 545.... but, anyone capable of doing 600, much less 6 plates, will seek the attention or gain the attention of being put on display!!!!
Angle said he did well over 650- wtf is well over 650????
Anyway, Ron Simmons should have made this video as there are several stories from even Luger that he would immediately do heavy benches cold from 545 to close to 600, and claims from others that he could do over 600 for 2-3 reps!!!!
Bobby Lashley has and was claimed to be able to do 600.... dont know how credible that is/was, but he's still very strong (I'd def give him at least 545 at his strongest).
I can't see Goldberg not being around the 500 range or more....
Big E is legit confirmed to have at least a 575 bench in Cena's gym- well, I guess, being in Cena's gym, no one was able to see it- therefore, ya really can't confirm it lmao!!!!
Other guys who were cross-fit: Ezekial Jackson legit 600 or better, Ryback had to have had between a 545-600 bench, maybe Matt Morgan had a 500+ bench as well as Mason Ryan, and maybe even Nathan Gowen!!!!

That Road Warriors/Powers of Pain bench contest was NOT kayfabe. On the record, Paul Ellering, Animal, Barbarian and Warlord have all sworn that the weights were real, and its not at all unbelievable to think they could all have benched the 475 that the contest got to, and Animal and Barbarian both legit wanted to get to 600, and said the other could have done it.

@@howstrongisTugboat aka Typhoon aka Shockmaster - real name Fred Ottman claimed to have a best bench press of 650 lbs. He was a legit powerlifter before entering into pro wrestling , having started his powerlifting career in 1973 for his Coral spa reef gym although I didn't find any of the meets in which he competed. Nevertheless, he was a legit 600 lbs bench presser renowned even then for pressing 600 lbs and more. He also claimed to have done 880 lbs squat and 750 lbs deadlift. 1. Is undeniably Ted Arcidi
Other guys with a legit 600lb or more bench:
    Doug Furnas
    Scott Norton
    Tony Atlas
    Bill Kazmaier
    Jim Neidhart
    Nick ‘Big Bully’ Busick
    POSSIBLY Ice Train
Road Warrior Animal and Warlord also claimed 600+lb benches and are relatively credible. Ken Shamrock claimed the same but isn’t quite so credible; I think his brother Frank said he’d never seen Ken do more than 470. Same with Vader’ although he legit had great pressing strength - there’s a UA-cam video showing him one-arm push pressing a stack of weights when he was in his 50s
Seen varying reports on whether Mark Henry could do 600.
Tank Abbott has that famous video doing 600 but the form sucks and it’s been debated how legit it is.
Similarly, Fred ‘Typhoon/Shock master’ Ottman has a video doing a semi rep with 600 with help from spotters but claims he could do 600 as a powerlifter in his school days
Credible benchers in the very high 500s include Barbarian, Dino Bravo, ‘Superstar’ Billy Graham, Tom Magee, Hercules Hernandez, Brian ‘Crush’ Adams and Matt Morgan. Bruno Sammartino once held the world record at 565 and was all-natural.
