Great video! I bet some of these guys haven’t hit their peak yet although wrestlers would strive to avoid injuries by lifting too heavy. I’m curious what LA Knight could lift. He’s relatively old by WWE standards and I guess he doesn’t post many training clips but he’s obviously trained for a long time, is built like a brick wall especially in his massive thighs and he had sone impressive in-ring feats as Eli Drake in Impact. Same with Sheamus and Randy Orton although they’re definitely past their prime now
Sheamus isn’t a great lifter from what I know, but hits like a freight train. La doesn’t seem to care much training for performance, but looks like a million bucks, pretty sure he could squat a lot. Randy the same, especially recently transformed and got huge
@@howstrongis Yeah, I would guess LA trains more for functionality, endurance and aesthetics nowadays but you can tell the guy's done plenty of squats. I recall reading that Randy Orton could squat 400lbs for multiple reps and that was when he was a lot smaller than he is now. As for Sheamus, he's always self-deprecating in his workout vids and claims whoever he's with is stronger than him but the guy still carried the Big Show in the ring.
@@nbaldwin45Think Sheamus is just super humble and has some serious Knock Out Power. When i was still fighting on a Pro level, i spared with guys who might have been weaker in the gym, but in the ring theu could tear you apart. Sheamus might be one of them.
you could probably add female wrestler "Lash Legend" i hear shes lifting huge numbers ;-) and some very strong tag teams..... AOP and special mention of paul ellering...... the vikings ..... veer and sanga...
Saw her numbers when i was doing the performance center record research. She was pretty much on top the last few years. Yeah, many strong female, might cover them in the future. True, so many tag teams thinking about it.
@@howstrongisshe hit a very impressive body slam on Otis recently. People raved about Jade Cargill lifting Nia Jax at the Royal Rumble but Otis outweighs Jax by at least 60lbs, probably a lot more
@@howstrongis It really was and Bubba Ray did a cool video on Busted Open walking everyone through the move and explaining exactly why. He said that Otis was coming off the ropes super-fast and by all rights should have knocked Lash onto her arse with his momentum but she absorbed the impact and then was able to muscle him up and over even though he didn't post well. It was infinitely more impressive than Jade struggling to get Nia over the top rope at the Rumble.
SWEET-LOOKING THUMBNAIL 👌
Doing my best, still not 100% happy. Appreciate it
Really impressed by the research you do for your videos mate.. subscribed!!! ❤
