Has the same problem as Arturia's wurlitzer. The release sound isn't how a real wurly sounds. It has this spongy, rubbery pluck. I don't understand why plugin developers never include this when they do wurlitzer emulations, because I have played a lot of em in real life and they all have it. Keyscape is the only plugin I know of that nailed it. But that's another pricepoint obviously.

Not only have you demonstrated excellent plugins - but you also take the time to very clearly explain each their functions/strengths, which is a large added gem! I have most of these that were shown. All plugins from Freakshow are... bizarre, to speak of - but ALL of them produce results that probably cannot easily be achieved with other plugins. My only problem with Cardinal (which I LOVE otherwise), is that with every new module added one cannot just upgrade the plugin - instead one must completely uninstall the earlier version before reinstalling the newer. One plugin that I knew of but didn't really think to be useful is Manta. But with your clear explanation and demonstration, has now convinced me to explore it properly. Thank you for that - and the excellent video. 🤘

Okay, Cardinal is ultra-cool! But many of the module names don't give any clue about what the modules actually do. Does anyone have a recommendation on where to find a list of module descriptions? Maybe even loosely organized by function?

Bro, please tell me you didn't take lots of time to wade through all those thousands of free plugins to find the useful ones. I'd bet that in the same amount of time, you could learn Rust or C++ and write really good plugins yourself! (so why the hell do I waste time with video games?)

Have you used mSpectralDynamics? Spectral compressor here seems very similar. I'd be interested to know if there are specific differences between them.

Patching synths and sound design is a bit addictive. You feel like an explorer, or maybe both an artist and an engineer simultaneously. _...To boldly go where no oscillator has gone before!_ Therefore the Grid is for me! It's everything I enjoyed about Reaktor, but I like it better in spite of the fact that it is arguably less powerful than Reaktor due to having fewer low-level modules (which I never really grasped Reatkor well anyways). I do not expect you to answer every question you receive, but do you have any tips on hard-sync patching? I like the BITE module a lot, but I'm also wondering if there is a way to setup hard sync (or even soft sync) between ANY two oscillator sources. I haven't had much luck, and the "sync" modules only seem to force hard-sync to happen against a sawtooth wave instead of the follower's oscillator type. I also cannot find any presets that demonstrate hard-sync from scratch, nor any modules that have the low level logic (such as a phase-locked loop algorithm).

I've come back to the Chroma with a new setup. I added an external touch-screen to the PC and the moved the Chroma VST to it.when playing... basically a virtual interface instead of midi cc set up. Its pretdamn awesome.
