  • The Ashtanga Primary series is the most foundational system of yoga. "Ashta" refers to the number eight while "Anga" refers to a limb or body part. Therefore, Ashtanga is the union of the eight limbs of yoga, into one complete and holistic system.
    This Ashtanga class will challenge you in a systematic way to move energy by combining breath and movement by structuring the class through the traditional series of Sun A's, Sun B's, standing postures, balances and a floor sequence. Whether you are an advanced yogi or newer to yoga this regimented practice is a beautiful tool to build and grow from and can be used as a daily practice to expand your physical, mental and spiritual threshold.
    The remix portion of this class is my person spin off of the primary ashtanga series to create levity and lightness and a sense of play! Enjoy this 30 minute Ashtanga Practice.
