This supported yoga class is excellent for seniors and the limited mobility community ready to challenge their balance and take their Chair Yoga Workout to the next level. I’m loving these! I have knee pain and I’m overweight. These are perfect fir me. I add them onto a walk a few times a week.

I am 76. Did speed walking for 10 years until age 50, when I was in a bad car accident and could no longer speed walk. Love this chair yoga! I feel like i am in control again!
Chair yoga is a great alternative to traditional exercise practices.

I've been doing your classes just over a week as I'm just recovering from two broken wrists and only able to sit for 6 weeks and it has played havac with my back .
Now my back is a lot better I've now completed a week of your classes and feel so much better.
I had lost all my confidence and my balance is not good so this has really helped .
I'm 67 and would love to see some slightly different chair yoga just to vary it a little.

Do several of your videos daily. My life line! Suffer multisclerosis and bursitis in hip articulations. Your exercises help keep the pain at bay. Absolutely brilliant.

I turned 80 last May and I fell last fall and had 2 compression fractures that have pretty much but I was left with No balance. I’m TRYING to get it back and I’m finding Yoga to be a pretty good exercise. Can you think of anything else that would be good to try?
