In a nutshell, my goal is to share unique and useful ideas to help you maximize your wealth. And wealth is measured in many ways...
(1) Knowledge - Reciting facts is useful in trivia… but learning processes is more important. You can do wonders by applying fundamental lessons to multiple areas of your life. Knowledge - like wealth - compounds.
(2) Relationships - Teamwork makes the dream work… but one caveat, be selective with who joins your team. Surround yourself with people better than you. You’ll start to pick up their habits.
(3) Money - Dollars are a measure of value but I don’t like to hold many of them. I’ve built a safety net in cash for emergencies but the rest I’ve invested in income producing assets.

For both a Tesla Model Y and Model 3, I recommend skipping PPF. It's not worth it for many cars and most people. Although, smaller front bumper or side strips might be worth it. Tesla Huge Media Myths for Buyers
Good lord. I haven’t had 13 problems with 3 GM cars I’ve owned since 2013 including an ATS, a Volt and a Bolt driven collectively more than 250,000 miles. Why do customers tolerate that many problems?
@@theshowersinger6681 they’re all small issues. And so far, much lower maintenance cost 🤞
Even better if one could just buy the parts and work on it themselves! Right to repair...😮
Thanks Brain for such a detailed video! Absolutely loved it!
@@sarthakmalhotra8070 thanks! I really appreciate it. It’s not a normal topic for my videos, but still useful for other creators :)
I’ve work not necessarily for an automotive industry, but have at manufacturing facilities for 15 years with some places with over 2000 employees. Quality service and customer service usually are linked together as the failure of either one hurts business either way. But when focused ONLY on production quantity and not quality with products and good customer service in mind, it’s actually an order from CEO down to lowest position as their cultural mind set and internal behavior of a running business model. That’s why Tesla, literally already in 2025 just in a few days still has issues. Till something unfavorable happens to customers and products, that’s when they will be forced to put quality 1st. But I feel it’s actually their business philosophy. Ultimately, it will be in the hands of customers to really complain to hold Tesla accountable for all these inconsistencies and persistent none stop issues. Keep up the great work.
@@MaxKito2 thanks for the insight! I’m sure it’s a hard balancing act for companies. The huge growth has come at a cost to other services. Hopefully we’ll see some improvements into the new year.
@ ….You’re very welcome and yes I agree, hopefully these needed improvements take a better place. I don’t have a Tesla, cause I can’t afford it, but I really like them all basically. At the moment, Cybertruck is my personal most desirable one and yeah it’s weird looking, but maybe it is what makes it appealing to some of us and I’m not even a truck dude, but this does reflect somewhat my personality per say. Thanks for sharing ✌️
Was there a charger nearby?
@@jamieballada1978 yep some good chargers around. I remember some free slow chargers in the park at the hotels.

13 reasons why tesla
Those kinds of bad heart drivers do the same to me and I don’t even drive Tesla, but that dark 💨 smoke, is the same dark smoke inside their hearts when they know they’re doing that on purpose to car next to them.
The HEPA filter is a game changer. Get coal rolled even more in the truck, at first it bugged me but now it just makes me laugh too. Why are you so angry? Cause it’s wildly faster than your truck? More capable? More american-made? lol
I get coal rolled by the same trucks and I don't even drive an EV. It's annoying because the stuff stinks and gives me a headache.
The comments have changed over the past year. The guy who flicked me off thought I wanted to force people to use green energy. But instead, I’m pragmatic. I’ve invested in oil companies.
Wait.. that’s such a pretty doggie!!!!
So can you free roll on to the mechanism that pulls your car OR do you drive on to the mechanism then wait then enter free roll as you are on the mechanism that pulls you forward. Ive seen many videos but no answer to that.
@@wallingtoncruceta4458 you’ll need to drive onto the conveyor belt first. Then turn on car wash mode/free roll
wow! i’ll be sure to use this gem when going home from dropping my wife off at her second boyfriend’s house. i love my tesla, and elon musk is my hero!

The audio in the video goes buzzy at some point 😵

The cable dented the side of my car and no one took liability- horrible design

good video, but your comment on the tires is incorrect. The Model 3 and Y are in line with their comparable ICE Vehicles weight wise. The model 3 is the same as an AWD BMW or Audi and the Y is within 200lb of a Audi Q5. The reason tires are wearing faster is the torque being applied differently. EV-specific tires are different in a number of ways, but in the end, check the treadwear rating on the ones you have in stock, and it will put things in perspective.
@@ms3er396 thanks for the insight! I plan to replace my tires soon. So, I’ll be doing more research.
@@BrianKehm The stock Hancooks EV ones on my 2024 area awesome. no road noise and very good traction
With FSD I use the throttle for control instead of the brakes.
@@dscarty oops I showed the wrong pedal. Good catch!

These are issues not problems
This nonsense is fading and Tesla will be bankrupt within a year or two.
Surprised that you consider 37,000 miles is excess tyre wear compared to a petrol diesel car
I do agree, FSD was overhyped for many years. But with the recent release of FSD V13, it really does seem like it's nearly there. And they even said more improvements would be coming like longer context windows and better crash avoidance reward algorithms. Of course that will still only be available for Hardware 4. But when all cars are self driving in 10 years, that will be a small nuisance that would have been forgotten.
For 'Valet Mode' I wish Tesla would allow geo-fencing to further limit 1:40 driving belong an owner selected radius. So if I'm having dinner at a restaurant, I would activate 'Valet Mode' with geo-fencing and add a 0.1 mile radius. Once the radius is breached Tesla gives a warning to return to within the drop-off zone.
There a 200K+ 2020 TMY 6:45 on UA-cam and the owner has pushed his set of 4 Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack tires to 80K miles.
Wow impressive. I wonder what a lighter vehicle would have got on those tires!
I searched for this because I can't believe it is tapped on.
@@jimmyf.x.9526 I was a bit skeptical as well. But so far it’s worked 🤞 I’ve driven over 36,000 miles
Trump really screwed over a lot of us Tesla owners since Elon jumped on his bandwagon. People that loved teslas can’t stand Elon since he turned crazy. Ha
That’s his privilege. All are free to do whatever
Elon didn't turn crazy, the left and the Democrats turned crazy. Supporting Trump was the most obvious decision that a logical person would make. What issues were the Democrats focusing on? Getting more illegal immigrants to pour into our cities? Giving taxpayer funded transition surgeries to people in prison, including illegal immigrants? Seriously, overdose deaths are up over 50% from when Trump was President.
Typical leftist remark. If someone is not on the same political side with you, you hate them.
anyone against tesla simply because Elon has aligned more with a conservative from his strong libertarian approach is dumb.
@@Jetcarson4 It is pretty wild to see how former leftists and liberals are treated. Simply because Elon deviated from the insanity of the left in the Democratic party, He's a villain. Elon didn't change the left changed, the Democrats changed. What policy were they supporting that was actually going to help the country? More illegal immigrants flowing into the country? Supporting taxpayer-funded transition surgeries for illegal immigrants in prison? How compelling
Do you do your own tire rotation?
@@IAmThePrepper I haven’t rotated them yet. Although, I’ve kept a close eye on the tire treads. They appear to be wearing out fairly evenly.
@@BrianKehmYou're supposed to rotate your tire every 7 to 10,000 MI. Just letting you know!
Just saw you had one down for autopilot, The two-down option is more useful to me, bc when you disengage it it still keeps going in the same speed with cruise control, so without dealing with speed adjustment you can continue your trip by pulling down twice. (and pulling down without clicking is useful too, just soft down is enough)
@@myemin cool and thanks! I didn’t know that. Tesla has changed some of the controls. It used to always need two press downs to start autopilot.
AWESOME....DO YOUR FEET GET COLD? WHERE ARE THE VENTS IN THE BACK?
@@birdmanbird10 great question! My feet pointed to the back get colder on cold nights. But a warm sleeping bag helps.
@BrianKehm PERFECT.....IM DOING MY RESEARCH BEFORE I GET THE MODEL X. SLEEPING BAG OR AN ELECTRIC BLANKET WOULD BE HELPFUL DURING THE WINTERS.

Great tips! I have been camping with my two daughters a couple of times. Had a model 3 that was small inside. I now have the Y and it is great. One tip is to get a big mosquito net. We camped at a place with lots of mosquitos and put the net over the trunk lid to keep bugs away. The kids sat in the trunk eating bugfree. Made my own window shades but not ideal. Good video!
@@TallmanSE thank you and great tip! A net would be great to keep air flowing and mosquitoes out.
Getting done myself. Did the front. Plan on hitting lots of back country with my Tesla so it’s worth it to me.
Tesla did well dude, it’s not a house.
@@commuterbranchline8132 yep, I’m happy with my Model Y. It’s been great for car camping.
I’m 45, living in house, have two houses and 4 cars, 2 snow mobiles and a trailer registered in my insurance company. The “brand expert” company wanted 1650 dollars per year. My company wanted 850 dollars per year. My insurance and tax is cheaper with a Tesla Y compared to my RAV4 Hybrid. In my insurance the battery/drivetrain/heating pump/AC/electronics are insured to 2031 or 150 000 km.
