- Brake lights come on when accelerator pedal is depressed, you have visual confirmation of this in the Ui, the car’s backlights are lit up if you look closer. - climate controls are much easier to access by simply swiping up from anywhere on the bottom edge of the screen, or you can engage with a specific feature by using voice commands (not just for climate) - Why have it in chill mode?? haha I would’ve been curious to see how he likes the acceleration and handling, I feel like that’s a big part of the tesla experience in general
I’m glad he referenced the fact that autopilot exists for planes to lessen the amount of fatigue on the pilot , it’s one if the best benefits of any level of self driving, and that is something that people who don’t trust self driving cars or whatever level of autonomy should know .
for a newbie he sure does have a lot of confidence in autopilot by letting his foot and hands off completely 😂 I've mine for 2 years now using autopilot extensively and I NEVER EVER let go of the steering wheel, I always keep my hands on it, only resting my hands not applying pressure but it means I am able to take control when any anomaly happens (which has happened several times to me) without a second to waste, I'm not sure how reliable autopilot is in the States but where I am it can do some weird stuff when lane markings are not what it is used to. When there's not a lot of traffic on the road I do let my foot off the pedals but I always still keep it resting at the accelerator any other times, mostly I can quickly overtake and get out of a sticky situation or to brake if needed, again not having to waste a second repositioning my foot to the pedals.
@@chungdamien I had phantom braking issues but that rarely happens anymore. Autopilot still makes some weird moves with different lane lines. I’m always ready to take over and it’s still best on straight highways. Thanks for sharing!
Hands down, Its a car from the future !!! ... Tesla has huge data centers dedicated to FSD. Along with that millions of users provide active feedback to Tesla which Tesla is using diligently to make FSD better !!! No other company is close to Tesla when it come autonomous driving !! Sometime back when automatic transmission was introduced, it became a revolution which replaced manual work of shifting transmission. Today, FSD is the next step to it ... FSD has already started replacing manual work of driving. In past 20-30 years there have been a very few innovations that were actually game changing one ... FSD is one of them. FSD is the innovation of the century !!! Hats off to Tesla .. Hats to Mr. Musk !!!

@@DataRocketry thanks for those tips! Lots of little indicators and features that are easy to overlook.

Yes brake lights come on when acceleration stops
@@Jetcarson4 cool and thanks for letting us know!

Not always, only when the car brakes.

what happened to the sound
@@prizim the driving/movements likely messed up the audio. Sorry it wasn’t as clear. Hopefully there’s still plenty of useful insight.
Probably wants the yoke
@@AlanTrades it’d be great to test out the yoke in a cybertruck.
Wth is that microphone? Toss it in the garbage. Audio is horrible. I stopped watching because of it.
@@BigDsrq you’re right… bad audio 🙃 I should get a better one for while driving.
