How do you turn off hdr and lower the resolution

Still the best VA panel ever made, would i rather have an Oled? Sure but then i would have to worry about burn in, image retrntion and pixel degradation, the G7 is a workhorse that will hold its picture quality for years and years, so would i rather have an Oled.. probably not all things considered

The second question: is it normal for VA screen to have this weird horizontal lines placed on some little icons, if they have specific ambient colour backgrounds (it is mostly seen on deep blue backgrounds)?

it's a matter of pixels per inch or ppi, a 1080p resolution is best suited for a 24 inch monitor, 1440p resolution on 27 inch(can also be in 32 inch, but it's just better on 27 inch) at the end of the day, it's a matter of subjectivity, some might not have much of an issue with less ppi while some can be more sensitive to it

I have been using this monitor for a year and I was considering switching cause of the colors (I had the overdrive at high too haha), but after your video the monitor actually looks amazing (my black screens don’t look grey anymore lol)

Just use lossess scaling . Its plrolly the only option without dlss directly

Use DLSS quality @ 1440p native and thank me later. You get pretty much 1080p fps then A.I upscales it back to 1440p and much better quality then what's being told in this video by far

As I throw away my 4th dual sense PS5 controller, I could care less about the haptic feedback. If this controller last more than a few months before drifting - Calling it a win. Since day one I thought the gimmick of "oh its like I'm really swimming" or "oh my it's actually a cobblestone road" based on some vibrations in a controller was some of the dumbest @#$@ marketing has ever successfully sold everyone on, the number of reviewers selling ps5 console based on this idiotic gimmick that reduced consumer choices was and remains baffling. Thank god there is a no sony nonsense controller out there. Thanks for the detailed review but that specific "the bad" is an overwhelming "the good" in my books.

Love this controller absolutely perfect aim smooth the Sq tri,cir,and buttons feel a lil bulky but besides way better the the ps5 pro controller hated it

Only a bad high resolution panel will show off lower resolutions in that blurry way. 720p should not be blurry it should be pixilated for example. Cheap display monitors are like you say but its not reference, so don’t misinform the community 😊

Hi, the monitor has this various default splitscreen when you drag the browser to top of the screen. Is there anyway to customize the splitscreen?

Also if you struggle with ugly colors with HDR on with Nvidia RTX 40xx cards you can set up your Digital vibrance on 60%+, i have mine there and colors are just perfect in every game and on desktop.

Is this monitor a must for a ps5??mostly for call of duty

I play World of Tanks on 1080p on my 1440p monitor. The UI scaling is just so much better (or I'm just used to it lol). The game doesn't have UI scaling settings.

3:22 my recommendation would be 110 if it where possible... 100 is still a hint to dark for my taste. But It's The G-Sync version, FreeSync wasn't announced yet when I bought it (at launch). Also no Dell Display Manager for me. :(
