HI I HAVE DO ALL THE SETTING S LIKE YOU . BUT WHEN I RUN THE SPINDLE IN MACH3 ITS RUN AT THE LOW SPEED IF I ADD SPEED NOTHING STILL IN LOW SPEED PLEASE HELP

I just fixed my tumbler today.. I tore the entire thing apart, and updated the threaded stud, double nutted the stud in multiple places, red Loc-Tited all bolts. Got it all back together and within 5 minutes of use it broke the threaded stud! Now, I just screwed the bowl directly to the black plate with multiple screws and lock-washers. I've had it running like this for the last 30 minutes-no issues so far. Looking back I wasted all that time taking it apart, double nutting everything... If you have one of these units-the fast easy fix-just drill holes through the bottom of the bowl through the plastic plate it sits on, and run machine screws, lock washers and nuts... Put your finger on the underside of the plastic plate to make sure you are not going to hit anything as you drill through. I think I ended up using 6 screws/washers/nuts.... No need to take the entire unit apart.

I don't mind packaging or slick however the purpose of it i am tired paying good money for products that wouldn't work as advertised i am a developer spending almost a life time on the fine details only to have people insult me with half baked products i leave the consequences to them and their maker. they think i am stupid

Dear sir please can you help I just unboxed my a30m dual extruder my first print of the dog was a nightmare the head did not print properly the print was rough the color mix was not as advertised it is my first printer however i am tech savvy being capable of more complexity i tightened the z height and the second print came out worse the head fell off and i had to stop the print immediately i am wondering why i cant find any videos about them on youtube compared to creality or other brands please can you help sincerely ejike

do you know if they upgraded the x axis motor you replaced in the queen bee ultimate. im really new to cnc, ive been using lasers.... so im still learning what i would need!

How come no one is showing the proper way to grease the rails? I have been trying to figure out what grease gun to do both types of fittings. I have found one that will work for the smaller fittings but the other grease nipples are larger and there is no information on it. :(

looked at a ton of vids for tramming & this is the only one I found for workbee that showed me what I needed to do

Hello, I have a Huanyang vfd and 2.2kw spindle 220 volts. I did not reset my vfd when I put in the settings from several videos. It worked except it would only go to 208 hertz. I reset it and now it goes to 400 hertz but the potentiometer does not work. Is there a setting I can change to fix it. TIA

I had so many issues with the controller and getting the motors to move right I scrapped it and got a NightHawk controller. All the motors are working perfectly now, but I can not control the VFD. I have gone over all the settings and matched them up to what seemed to be the best choice and moved the jumper. Still, the spindle will not turn. I am hoping someone out there will be able to help me.

why is it showing spindle speed 3000 in mach3?

After a year of troubleshooting my UC300 Digital Dream I was finally able to get my VFD spindle to work properly. If anyone has this controller you must set the PWM setting control to1 and not 0. If you set it to 0 the spindle will maintain one speed only.

It never would have occurred to me to 3D print a whole replacement bowl. I’ll keep that in mind if mine fails but not sure I want to go your route if bolting straight to the motor. Might have to design my own using the original center bolt. I love the top strainer. Nice work!

Some questions: why pd025=1 and pd027=0.8? In my case, it leads to extremely high dangerous acceleration at the risk of destroying the spindle. A note also for the amperage of your spindle, in your case it is 2.2 amp, not 8 amp.

GREAT VIDEO! Thanks so much for taking the time to do that. Quick Question (I hope) - I have Mach3 running VOVUSUN V2 Motion Controller. I get my spindle to start and stop and can change spindle speeds, but it is like it is in 'Jumps'. You are increasing at 300 RPM per click and you can hear it change at each step. I am Starting at 12,000 RPM and stepping at 1,200 RPM, but it is like I have to click twice before I get an increase. Any thoughts? And if you are in an answering mood... - How do you get the Display to show RPM instead of Freq? and how do I get the feedback RPM from the VFD to update Mach 3? You need to tram your spindle. Very noticeable from video.

I've a different inverter but i use this setting parameter, and i can control speed motor, just can control forward and reverse direction of motor. I think my inverter just receive analog input but i dont know how to give an analog input from mach 3. I'm glad if you want to help me.. Fyi i'am using inverter YL620-A.

Thanks for the links and supplying the correct instructions. I received mine about a month ago and found your instructions about a week ago (huge help). Bulkman3d is not a good company to deal with. they sent the wrong instructions and missing most of the information. long delays on communication. missing and incorrect parts. I would not ever deal with them again.

Love your videos!😍 Regarding ground wiring 4:40 : I saw that the "I'll Do It Myself"-UA-cam channel used the ground terminal on the VFD to the far right labeled with the ground symbol for ground from the wall and not the "R" terminal. The manual from my Huanyang 220volt VFD from Bulkman say that R, S & T can be used in addition to a ground connection for three phase power from the wall, and that for single phase(that most of us have) only two terminal is to be used, so I am a little confused/sceptical as to use R as ground from the wall... Is it safe in my case? 🤔

Good morning, I have purchased and am awaiting delivery of the Qeenbee Pro cnc with UC300 controller with usb port and managed by mach The question is: in the Motor Outputs configuration -imput signals -output signals, I can't understand the configuration logic. For example in the Motor Ouputs tab, -X Axis - Step Pin # 2 - DirPin # 6 - Step Port 1 - Dir Port 1, which terminals on the UC300 controller do they correspond to? If so, what is the logic to adopt to understand the correspondences? Thank you
