Almost right on time. I just finished building the mecanical part of my QueenbeePro. Now I had to disassemble almost everything to fix my misstakes due to the poor documentation ^^

So I'm building a 1500x1500 QBP. How much flex should a screw have? I don't want to over tighten and put unnecessary stress on the outside locking collars. I'm already struggling to keep the screw from slipping in collar as it is and they are tight. I feel I may be tensioning too much. I used my plastic tensioner with a brass lead nut screwed to it using the center drilled out for a nice snug fit so its never gonna strip.

Where could I buy one of those brass nuts for adjusting my lead screws, I just stripped the plastic one. Thanks for the help
