With all that said, what are the orhwr options besides eating beef liver? Liver is the one food that i hate the taste of the most. For me eating liver is just not an option. What are the other options? I already have reverse osmosis filtering of my water, eliminating floride . How can I suppliment copper without eating liver, safely?

I went through three sleep studies and three different CPAP machines, and it did nothing to help. I tried different masks, and quieter machines and it was pointless. So I just live with it.....but I am going to further check out this copper angle. Thanks for the free video doctor, and I will research this to see if it will work for me.

I know two people who have sleep apnea and when they started using the CPAP they feel so much better in the morning and throughout the day. They are not tired. Same with the oral appliance . So now I’m confused.
To clarify, this was not a post about "CPAP does not work." It is aimed at the fear mongering of "if you don't wear your CPAP your heart is going to explode" which is not as solid as many sleep doctors tell their patients as I have shared from the paper in the video.

QUESTION: Been taking zinc sup. 25mg daily. Noticed a blue stain in my toilet recently. My diet is good. No boxed foods. Low carb except for some organic white rice and a banana a day. No health issues. Sounds to me like the zinc supp is bleeding out my copper. Ordered Throrne copper bisglycinate. Should I take my copper in the am on an empty stomach and my zinc with dinner? Thanks for the help.

Well, duh. The entire point is to ensure consistent respiration while sleeping and aid in uninterrupted sleep. This is due to excessive weight on the throat and diaphragm. Naturally if you reach that point, and do not course correct, you will still die of comorbidities. You’ll just sleep well until then.
Cardiovascular issues are a direct consequence of sleep apnea.

When truck drivers take the D.O.T physical, they also recommend the sleep apna test, which is very expensive. If they fail, which most will then, they are stuck with this device attacked to their driving record. I think it's just another way to take hard-working truck drivers' money.

I understand that people with scoliosis don't process copper well but I don't know why. I have sleep issues and am wondering if there is a connection. Wish there were more blood tests that measured what was actually in the cells

I started taking thiamine hydrochloride recently because I've read about so many positive effects of it for the health problems I have. Your explanation is very helpful
that other factor requires antioxidants as glutathione coming from NAC and it from glycine. that's why glycine is as important here as B1. but both are part of treating broken mechanism instead of fixing it's origins. burning mainly glucose is not optimal and most of healthy diets are based on limiting this not depending on it... huge dose of B1 will deplete other B vitamins and balancing methylation cycle and required B vitamins as it's cofactors plus involved polymorphisms of genes (inborn problems with this basic mechanism) is an even bigger topic than sleep apnea. but this thing explains why carbs before sleep has good influence on my sleep I can bet coffee in morning with glucocorticoid spike of cortisone also isn't helping or avoiding plants especially with natural folate but all these is normalcy on intermittent fasting which lowers inflammation doing similar thing just with other trade offs... the same with exercise he could also mention mouth biom ... or gut biom - where many b vitamins, hormones and healthy biom affecting brain functions are made ;)

nuts can be allergic especially for people with histamine intolerance and gut dysbiosis related inflammation what also means poor absorption and production of B vitamins it can be also related with high homocysteine and bad methylation also dependent on proper vitamins B supply overusing b1 can easily deplete other B vitamins and you supplementing these have poor chances getting balance right especially with some genetic methylation genes polymorphisms as mthfr cabbage is also reach in ALA also regular b1 may be highly insufficient so you literally get forced to figure own B vitamins ratio with mix of regular and methylated ones, horde of people is discussing these things in active B1 threads daily 😂 even breathing patterns, posture improvement (not what you imagine it to be right...) and tongue position can change everything for person with apnea, not happening overnight

Hey. I have never commented on a video. But I will. Excellent!!! I heard all about copper from dr William A Albrect. For animals and also Pat Coleby in her books natural cow care natural goat care natural sheep care and natural horse care!! I have been adding copper to their diets and have seen awesome results!! Pat coleby recommemds kelp. Also copper pipes in drinking water for dogs. Dr albrect says any animal low in copper will have parasites. The copper keeps them away. I love that you say to eat liver. I eat it but some children won’t. We have 10 children so. I bought organ pills for them. They are all robust and beautiful and healthy!! We have never had a doctor or dentist. Their teeth are all beautiful and straight. No braces or cavities!!! My oldest is 32. They were all raised on raw milk meat butter and seafood. Salads and fruit. It really pays off to have health!! Most people won’t listen but a lot are. We sell these food to them. When they commit to a great diet they also see their health turn around!! Which is so encouraging!! Thanks for the video. The liver is a filter that tries to remove toxins and accumulates them if deficient in actual essential minerals like zinc. In other words don't eat liver. It's taste is enough to tell you what disgusting things the liver contains
Copper pipes plus birth control plus zinc deficiency plus vit A toxicity equals copper toxicity.
Copper is toxic. That's why it needs a binding protein.. people are actually zinc deficient.

I think you are mixing up centimeters with millimeters. A pencil tip would be measured in mm, not cm. A centimeter is about 3/8 inch.

I tried some deep or slow breathing bfor goingto sleep last night and finally had a decent sleep. I also had a chewable aspirin ab an hour before that. My head feels more clear than usual. I still tend to wake up a lil earlier than i want to and i am wide awake instantly. I dont have the melatonin supply I had in my twenties and my Cortisol is probably thru the roof in AM.. maybe the deep breathing thing can help w lowering cortisol? Anyway, thanks.

hello people, red fatty meat is the only natural source of B12. red meat has everything you need for health. i am 67 years old on no meds or pills BP117/77. i have been eating as a carnivore 2+ years. my bloated stomach left in 3 weeks, the pain in my knees and hands gone, lost 20 lbs. my food bill has decreased because i get eggs, pork, and beef from a family farm. i get nothing from a store but cleaning supplies. i tried Carnivore as an experiment to improve my health after eating organic fruit, veggies and beef for 5 years and getting fat and having painful knees. this way of eating is working so well i have kept doing it. i do still struggle with an addiction to sugar with a reduced use but so hard for me to stop. i have not eaten fruit or veggie for 1 year or juice. i feel good like my pipes are clean and the motor is running well. i fry liver in lard with a beef patty adding Celtic salt. all love and health to you all.
