I wish you could post pictures here so I could share mine off of my Samsung watch. Even with cpap and 2 liters of oxygen I still drop down multiple times to 81%-86%. Without my mask and oxygen I drop multiple times to 77%. This has been goimg on for years. I'm tired. I eat Keto super clean, 2 meals a day. I started taking mct and coconut oil aug 12, 6 tlbs a day. That brought me upto the lowest drop being 89 & 91. With a beautiful steady line. Then boom back down in the 80's. I am not overweight bf goes between 22-25%. I am a colorado native 51 years & live at 6600 feet. At sea level normal breathing and no high heart rate when I sleep. What do you do with someone like this?
