During the day, I look down at my phone a lot. Does that weaken throat muscles? I have my head angled down a lot.

The bigger issue is that the posture of your neck will make your airway a bit more narrow and favor faster breathing.

@@dylanpetkusmd ok. Maybe I need to hold the phone above my head at times. Or I could get off social media. Time to get more serious about this. You have breathing and tongue exercises...what ab nect exercises? You may have that too. This phone may be hurting me. Less exercise..bad posture.. only positive is that i find some health gurus!

Consider getting phone stands and a cell phone stylus.

Thanks, Dr. Petkus! I need to do all 3- the breathing, the tongue, & the myofunctional exercises & therapy. I will be setting up a meeting with you to explain my unique situation. When you hear my story, you will probably say, this lady needs a lot of help!

Best at-home device you would recommend I purchase to diagnose sleep issues. I'm based in the uk. I dont want to get a sleep study done at the hospital, and i dont want surgery on my deviated septum until I try fix it naturally, as surgery has side effects.
