    First of all: so glad I finally found a medical pro focussing on healing from apnea in a natural way! Would love to binge watch and listen to all you have to say about this subject. Thinking about helping other once I overcame my own apnea 'fight'!

    I found out I'm gluten intolerant by eating spaghetti one of my favorites. It lead to bood in my stool. I couldn't figure it out until i trial ate gluten. Since then i shed pounds of my waist within 8 week i lost 4inches. "Let food be thy medicine" said Socrates. Or a lack of lol

      Allergies are a different animal than what's discussed in the video. Excess wheat can principate additional inflammation

    But how long?! If I stop eating all dairy completely how long should I do that to see if it makes a difference? HOW LONG!!!???!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I'm so desperate. I almost died from this.

    bananas or anything with bread and anything with sugar. I must avoids these or I'll wake up in the morning in a Zombified state with my eyes plastered on the inside back wall of my brain.

      @@dylanpetkusmd Yes it is, but east European poppy cake is way better. It is made with white flour but there are so many poppy seeds in it it is black, and oh so tasty.

    Im going to start a getting more veggies that fruit. Bell peppers yellow and red have 3 times more vitamin c than an orange and orange juice is garbage. Loma
