I threw my Cpap away. My model Cpap was discontinued. I didn’t want to go through another overnight sleep test. I’m taking supplements which help to some degree. Just started taking food grade diatomaceous earth. I took it several years ago and my cholesteroerol and triglycerides were down a lot and need to get them down once again. As for my apnea, I sleep in a slight upright position and that helps as I also have a nasal allergy. When tested, five times over a period of six years, my severity was low. I am not a heavy person so weight was not a factor. My brother also had sleep apnea but with tongue exercises he says he no longer has apnea. He is almost 99 come February.

You also need to consider the amount of exercise a person does. I run low on Iron + copper pretty fast because I am always active. You need a lot more nutrition then to keep up. And even though I mainly eat an almost carnivore type diet, without eating beef liver like 3 times a week (and large amounts too) I actually start running low on iron. Because I am not getting the copper then. So if you only eat the muscle meat - like steaks or ground beef - you can still run low. Because I certainly do! Have a package of liver to cook later!

In olden days (1950s) the penny loafer was cool and had a slot in the top front where a copper penny could be placed for good luck. No contact with the skin so copper absorption was probably minimal (shoes were made of leather then). Some people would place a penny in the sock of any shoe (stealth cool). Copper bracelets were cool later and worn for health reasons. Copper absorption evident in some people as skin allergies.

Would b better for us to help absorb copper better fruits or vegatables or nuts or combinations of what would b better to consume to make the copper b absorbed in the body in the cells to prevent sleep apnea and hav less sleep apnea happening please any more info I love it and I’m absorbing everyword and phrase trying to understand anything I can do for better function for my cells to absorb copper so at night we I sleep will b a better restful night sleeping please any and all info is helpful and please pour out any more and all info u are a really special person helping me and anybody listening to the info what we need to kno I’m eagerly wanting more info to absorb for this copper defencencyof mine get it like it’s amine a mine like a gold mine but more like a copper mine !

What about using a electrolysis system with a 9V battery with the electrodes of copper in the water/salt solution
for just a few minutes producing a weak colloidal copper water solution? (I've done this to make colloidal silver)
nd then only taking a few drops under the tongue per day of that solution? Would that be generally enough for most people?
Or should they let water sit in a copper jug over night to drink that water on a daily basis? Or Both? I'd really love to get your input.

I take 2mg of copper since I take zinc. I always take them with seperate meals since they can compete for absorbtion. I used to have severe sleep apnea but now only have 7 events per hr. I also lost alot of weight. Strange thing is I seem to sleep much better without cpap than with it. Cpap always wakes me up after a while then I can never get back to sleep with the cpap. I take testosterone so I have to have blood taken every 3 or 4 months for high red blood cells. I'm starting to wonder if the blood donation may be causing my nightly cold chills. I have goosebumps often. Never had them until the blood donation was required because my Dr was concerned about my high red blood cells. I'm thinking they maybe trying to get me to a unrealistic level for someone with sleep apnea on trt.

Once my cpap pressure was increased significantly, and I used it faithfully, it resolved. If you are too cold, could also be low potassium and/or your thyroid. just taking testosterone doesnt do that, at least my son and my husband both being on Testosterone enanthate 15 ml injections once a week never increased their rbc's...

Compelling video analysis.. That is, UNTIL you mentioned we should limit Zinc intake. The same Ligands, as well as Glyphosates that bind, or chelate copper, ALSO do the same for Zinc. You would be correct to say not to overdose on Zinc, but there should be a balance, normally I've seen 10 to 1 Zinc to Copper.
Zinc is critical to some 2800 different proteins, and hundreds of enzymes in the body.
Zinc is critical for the proper folding of the p53 tumor suppressor protein. Without it, it can become a prion-like mutated form, increasing our risk of cancer.
Zinc, in combination with a Zinc Ionophore, like HCQ, EGCG, Quercetin is a VERY effective EARLY treatment antiviral. Zinc deficiency was rampant in COVID patients, as well as Cancer.
Zinc and Copper interact in the neural tissue of our brains, both being critical to it's proper function.
I take both Zinc and Copper, but at different times of the day, to avoid their binding to one another.
Btw, you make a VERY good point about RDA and Serum Copper (and Zinc) testing.. I can see the same analysis applying to functional deficiencies of Zinc.
Personal story on Zinc.. There was a point where I was taking 15mg of melatonin per night just to get to sleep. And even with that, I hadn't recalled my dreams for years when I woke up.
But then I started taking 50mg of Zinc Sulfate (21% elemental Zinc) just be bed, and the change was AMAZING. I haven't had to take melatonin ever since, and I frequently remember my dreams.
I would love to see you conduct some research on Copper Ionophores which would assist that Copper enter the cells, just as Zinc Ionophores do with Zinc. I've heard that Oregano is one of them.. I've also read that Quercetin may also be effective as both a Zinc and Copper Ionophore.
Other than that, a VERY informative video that has me pondering the potential ramifications for Spongiform Encephalitis (CJD).

(but I like it),... perhaps a 'touch' long winded??? true, (but, as a result, your'e actually giving a depth of detail I've rarely have found in other Copper themed UA-cams)... the more I watched, the more I liked & appreciated it.... not that my opinion counts for much in this big ole world.. but honestly.. I must say, WELL DONE !!, There's a well known Copper themed Facebook group.. and he's got alot of info I've read over the years.. as well as other Copper themed UA-cams, but you succeeded in giving a more well rounded (AND EXPANDED) amount of info than those sources have. (things I hadn't previously known, despite researching as much as I do) Loved your explanation of the 'Balance Studies' (among other things)... had never heard of that before.... lastly....so few people have the courage to be 'real' w// others, to actually 'share' who they are..... that takes 'guts' I think... (everyone is so 'guarded) most are just emotionlessly straight forward, or 'robotic', like steril 'empty husks' these days...so... this dude here, (me!), thought you being you, was pretty cool!! ..a breath of fresh air... hope you don't change...
