    Man.. this workout was spiiicy!! This was the first I've even heard of Copenhagens, I had to assist myself with my other hand. I did enjoy the adductor (abductor?) move, though I noticed I felt it on my left side more. 👊🏾

      Lol thanks. The Copenhagens are notorious around here. I love em, but everyone HATES them lol. Totally exposes how weak our Adductors are tbh.
