LOVED everything about this workout!! My favorite part is the alternating cardio and weights! Do you know how hard it is to find a good workout like this where it combines both? Maybe it’s just me but this is my ideal workout!! Plus the finisher at the end pushed me to get a little extra sweat. I loved the structure, the moves, literally everything. Definitely one of the most intense workouts for 35 minutes with you. I appreciate the mix of normal running with weights and lateral movement. I did the most intense workout ever the other day that you did for your 40th birthday. I thought this intensity was actually higher but that one was just longer. Adding finishers after each round totally turned up the intensity! That was a sweaty one. My arms went to failure on those devil press ladders .. Whew!!
