Are you sure this is low impact?! 😂😂😂 Man! It's amazing! I would have stopped from the 20min because I thought I couldn't do it! But it seems my will is stronger so I pushed on! I was crawling already on the last 1/3 of this exercise!😅

Friday, May 24, 2024: as-is; no breaks needed; easy. I love this workout, bcz I'm able to amp it up as I see fit. Much of the pedaling and active recovery, I substitue with running to give me more burn. I love it.

Hi, just checked this out I just got to the 5 mile carido lvl with success. I would sat this is high impact than my current 5 mile which is awesome so I have a new goal. I love longer workouts and about to turn 63.
The only negative is I'm still carrying extra weight.

Did this workout with a 15lb weight vest. Took several pauses but did as much as I could. I would like to see some thumbnails for modifications. Overall great workout.
Always do one of your longer workouts Sunday morning tried this one last week enjoyed it too much have just completed it again. 40 secs for each exercise works really well, also more colour less black sports wear 🙂
Wednesday, May 8, 2024, this is my second time doing this workout. At the 30-minute mark, I took a bit of a break to catch my breath, then restarted; throughout, I took 2 bathroom breaks and finally finished at 1:25. I think I did better than the first time, but since I didn't record it, I'm not sure. Having done many of the more high-impact workouts, I notice that my endurance has improved. Great job, dude. Also, what preworkout do you drink/take that you're able to talk/motivate through this and your more-intense workouts?

I just finished it. to be honest, I was not be able to do all the movement correctly as I was out of breath, but I kept doing the normal steps during those period.
I am proud of myself to stay until the end of the workout, I was not imagining my body will hang up until the end.

Day-4 just done, higher stamina, much better steps...plus I lost some weight: from 68.5 to 65.5 kg, I lost a total of 3 kg in the last 3 days by doing this exercise. and I can see my body start to take its shape. happy for this

I wanted to get a quick workout in, so I was able to 41 minutes. Being 4'10, 55 year old female, I burned 174 active calories, and 225 total calories with 120 BPM Heart Rate. Overall, this was an indoor walk that actually got my heart rate up and was a lot of fun. Update: did the whole work out - my Apple Watch recorded 8,000 steps (for me, not necessarily for you), 323 Active Calories, 426 Total Calories, 120 BPM Heart Rate.
