      This 30 Day Challenge focuses more on step count, but I definitely have plans of doing that in the future.

      Hahaha thanks. Truth be told, I haven't been shopping in the while. Most of these clothes I've accumulated over the years and I just take care of them. The tights that I wore in the last stabding abs video (day 5) were from 2016 and I picked up these shorts in 2019. Much like your body, if you take care of your clothes and buy quality, they'll stand the test of time.

    These 15 minute workouts make you fell like you worked out for an hour......LOL. These short routines are perfect those of us who don't have a lot of time in the morning to do long workouts and want a maximum burn.
