thank you thank you thank you for doing these workouts. i can no longer do the high impact workouts due the stress they place on my body and nervous system. this is at least some form of exercise i can still get done!!!
I started the challenge then my body was fighting a sickness. Today was the first day I felt like I can do a short workout, and I skipped day 6 into this one. Good move. Always enjoy the positivity and motivation. Glad you have these for a lazy day or warmup/cool down to get steps in. I’ve also started the busy body 2 on the app, trying to gain consistency😅
While I appreciated that it wasn’t a crazy hard workout, I added some jumping to make it a little more intense. Always a pleasure to work out with you!
