    Omg! I used to follow you and do your workouts all the time! Like almost 10 years ago. I saw a FB memory today saying what a fantastic workout I did with you. So I came on YT and didn't realise how long it had been. Didn't realise that you were back for free. Did one of your workouts this morning and have felt amazing all day.     Thank you for such a great workout. I appreciate you. The workout targeted the stabilizer muscle which is often over look by other trainers. I like the tempo as it allowed me to use proper form. You always make it fun. More please!!👏🏾👊🏽🙏🏾

    This workout was perfect for me. I live on the first floor of my apartment. It was so nice not having to worry about disturbing my neighbors. Also, as mom trying to get back in shape, the music and motivational words helped ALOT!! Thank so much for this workout, I hope there will be similar ones in the future. And BOOM 👊! Love this part at the end, it makes me feel encourged!😊

      Hello from Westcoast. New subscribers. Any modifications for easy on knees ? Unable to do squats. Love your energy!

      @@sherrytaylor1794 Thank you. There are a few ways to modify squats:
      1 - Partial Squats - only squatting to the point where there is no pain.
      2 - Chair Squats - Sit back into a chair and stand back up.
      3 - Wall Squats - Back against a wall (for support) and hold the squat position.
      4 - Supported Squat - Using things like TRX, holding against a doorframe, etc.
      5 - Work on improving knee health - while these are great workarounds, I recommend working with a physiotherapist or professional to help improve knee health, if possible.
