This workout was perfect for me. I live on the first floor of my apartment. It was so nice not having to worry about disturbing my neighbors. Also, as mom trying to get back in shape, the music and motivational words helped ALOT!! Thank so much for this workout, I hope there will be similar ones in the future. And BOOM 👊! Love this part at the end, it makes me feel encourged!😊
Your workouts helped me a great deal while recovering from an injury and now they are still my go-to for when I'm short on time/space. Thank you so much! 🤜🏻

There are a few ways to modify squats: 1 - Partial Squats - only squatting to the point where there is no pain. 2 - Chair Squats - Sit back into a chair and stand back up. 3 - Wall Squats - Back against a wall (for support) and hold the squat position. 4 - Supported Squat - Using things like TRX, holding against a doorframe, etc. 5 - Work on improving knee health - while these are great workarounds, I recommend working with a physiotherapist or professional to help improve knee health, if possible.
