OMG 👏🏽… I’ve been gaining weight and have not been motivated to workout. I saw this advertised on my feed so decided to check it out and immediately got my motivation and love for working out back.. I haven’t worked out with you since Covid! This popped up and I decided to try it. I absolutely loved it. You are still the bomb. I’m 69 years old and I did it all. Used a 10 pound weight but that was ok. I’ll be back.
