    I told my daughter, tomorrow I’m working out with Millionaire Hoy. She said, Mom that is so cute. It sounds like you know him but he does have an energy that makes you feel like he’s in the room motivating you to keep going. ❤ So true. Love this guy.

    Fabulous! I loved this workout! So many moves I’d never done, making it especially fun and interesting. Bonus points for keeping it all standing. Have to do this again! (I usually don’t repeat workouts since there’s always something new to try).

    Loved it! Like always! I'm wondering why I'm only burning about 250 calories though. I'm not modifying either. Should I just be working harder?

      Every factor that makes you uniquely you (age, height, gender, fitness level, VO2Max, intensity, body fat percentage, blood pressure, and on and on) determines your calories burned... BUT my best guess is that it comes down to how you're tracking your heart rate. If you're using a wrist-worn HRM (Apple Watch, Fitbit, etc.), they are wildly in accurate. To get the most accurate read, I use a chest strap ECG monitor (Polar H10 specifically, as it's used in clinical trials and studies). If I relied on my Galaxy Watch, it would probably say 300 or so calories. With all of that being said, the most important thing is that YOUR body is tracking each workout properly and all the hard work will definitely pay off 👊❤️

    This is the best workout I have ever done! I have been working out since I was 13 and I am know 57. I am a kickboxer and love the workout I get from it. I have done TaeBoe, Step Reebox, other Hitt workouts and many others. In high school I ran track so I am use to working out. I know have a personal trainer but I love this one the most.

I didn't think I was going to make it after doing this behind my regular workout, but it was surprisingly very easy to follow and definitely got my heart rate up just as much as my regular workout.     OMG 👏🏽… I’ve been gaining weight and have not been motivated to workout. I saw this advertised on my feed so decided to check it out and immediately got my motivation and love for working out back..     I haven’t worked out with you since Covid! This popped up and I decided to try it. I absolutely loved it. You are still the bomb. I’m 69 years old and I did it all. Used a 10 pound weight but that was ok. I’ll be back.
