Anex 6102T Ultra Low Profile Driver
First time testing anything from Anex and I'm very impressed. Hand feel quality for my is way up there and the design allow super low offset. Very hard for me to find any negatives at all other than price but I did have to import this one. A solid 9.5 out of 10. it does exactly what it claims to do and does it well. Made in Japan and worked for my needs.

Acebeam H35 Headlamp with Type-C and red light mode My first thoughts here on the new H35 from Acebeam. As is usually the case with Acebeam the light feels extremely well made. Running light LED tells me what the cell is doing and the included cell is a nice hi cap one. Only the 6500k option on this light but so far i like it! Acebeam T35 tactical flashlight SFT40 Yet again Acebeam bring a product that feels extremely well built with a very capable SFT40 emitter. I have no hesitation is recomending this to anyone needing a slim 18650 tactical style thrower. Sure the clip is a bit meh but everything else is rather spiffing! 9 out of 10 Link to the manufacturers website for this flashlight (not affiliate link) www.aceb...

My first thoughts on the new Acebeam T35. A slim tactical thrower with type-C USB and a nice throwy SFT40. Its the usual rock solid feel of an Acebeam and that nice large hotspot. This is the 6500k version but you can get a 5000k. Lots to like so far :-) Full review up after 2 weeks of total use. Manufacturers link: www.acebeam.com/t35 #ACEBEAM #EDC #flashlights

Just testing the Acebeam T35 in a storm. Wont use this footage in any videos but sharing to channel members then all subs after a few days. If you think this kind of cutting room footage is crap let me know, or if you like the more behind the scenes stuff I can make a cutting room floor playlist and stick more on channel going forwards. www.acebeam.com/t35

Wiha Electricians hammer 42071 review This German design Wiha hammer is a very well made and thoughtfully designed tool. Each time ive used it so far its been a please to use for me. Wera 816 RA ratcheting screwdriver for 1/4 inch bits. Having used this for well over a few weeks now ive enjoyed this tool. Usual reliable Wera although note the small print that this isn't made in Germany. 8 degree swing on the ratchet means this is nice and fine for this small tool. Rapidapter works like a charm and the whole tool is a good item to have. 8.5 out of ten. I would give higher if...

First thoughts on my brief time with the new Nitecore HC65 UHE So what is UHE? its Nitecores new LED they are using which claims to be much more efficient than other emitters. So far I'm very happy with this headlamp. Despite the matrix of emitters it doesn't give a horrible beam profile and three modes are really good. It looks like Nitecore have done it again and made an HC65 that i like a he...
Wiha Screwdriver set SoftFinish 7 piece German made quality
Переглядів 5696 місяців тому
A quick look at the 7 piece screwdriver set from Wiha. Nice quality set made in Germany with the comfortable to use softfinish handles. The rubber on these has a nice soft feel and enough grip to enhance torque for me. The only thing I would like to see is for them to increase the size of the icons on the base of each driver. This will make it easier to see which driver you need in a tool bag w...

Reviewing a throw light in a dense woodland seems sensible…furthest thing from you was like 30m
@@Nick-ye8pf The full review shows all ranges including extreme distance. Hope that helps you
Need one 90degrees, any you can recommend?
Recently got the Wiha CentroFix handle and the Wiha 7 double ended bit stubby handle, which are simply amazing, and now got this Wera set.... I mean, sorry, but the wobble I have on the Wera handle is just garbage tier. I couldn't tell if it's worse than what you had but boy is it awful in comparison.
Plays Cyberpunk once** 😂😂
Neat that the bit appears replaceable with that circlip.
Very cool. I can remember in the recent past when I needed something exactly this. As you mentioned and others said the same thing in the comments, not a tool you will use often but when you need it, its worth its weight in gold. These are available on Amazon US. thanks for the heads up
The Engineer tool brand from Japan make some great kit especially screw extractors.
These are the sort of tool that you'll hardly ever use,, But, they're literally worth their weight in gold, when you need such a thing,, !! Thanks for showing us these,, 👍👍👍

Someone would call me crazy for geeking over a flashlight (WTF?) but hey, you talked almost 50 minutes about it and I enjoyed every minute of it. Thanks a bunch, the IFA22A is incoming :) Zs
Why don't Nitecore and Acebeam include a "firefly" sub lumen mode as a standard?
Looks or a nice one. I'll keep this in mind for gifts or recommendations.
Nice wide beam but with a low beam that won't blind you while you're working close in & medium & high for walking around. I just don't use tight beam, long throw lights anymore. Nice review. I'd like to see more comparisons done one after the other, like you did with that little Nitecore NU-21
Anyone familiar with these caves in the 90s will remember the infamous “naked man”😂😂
Sure it's an old review but still, I can't remember holding a Wera that is more modern, but I have other tools that are that soft that you wish Wera had, at the same time I understand you, but if you get oil or grease on it your effed! Maybe even leaving it in the sun might cause it to get snot like. There's no way to remove it really, unless you go to the other layers. I am especially out after this kit with extended length because I disassemble a lot of electronics and there's always a few fasteners that is sitting deeper, and then the other screwdriver you have in this video is too shot because the extension hit the chassis of the electronic device I am disassembling. Really annoying, but that's what the manufacturers know! But are these long bits compatible with impact drivers? I mean, are they hardened so they survive it? Another thing I find quite annoying is the nr 27 of Torx that I heard is a American size, but many manufacturers of building screws are using it. EDIT: I just noticed that Wera has a very similar kit I think is called 62 instead which has the nr 8 Torx, but also nr 40 as well as nr 27 I complained about being absent. This kit is for sure specially made for electric device disassembly since they also include 3 of the "871/4 TORQ-SET Mplus Bits" as well as 4 of the "875/4 TRI-WING Bits" and 4 of the "857/4 Z Spanner-bits". I will for sure buy this one! I also like it a lot when tools are made in that satin finish, because when you have a lot of tools laying around the light from lamps can reflect on chrome vanadium tools which is really annoying as well, but that is mainly block keys that are bigger that causes me that problem. I know what you mean when you say that it might seem silly that you complain on some small details, but I totally get it, without those small annoying details there wouldn't have been any better tool. Also, when they are so much more expensive than the kinda of "no name" crap that do exist, for like the individual that only needs it to fasten a screw in their home once, it of course a whole other thing. Sometimes I ask myself if the company that manufacture or sell a certain product or service ever tried it themselves... I do love Wera's tools and they think a lot further than most brands, but in general it is a red thread through German engineering and brands. Knipex is another one that is a must in your toolbox. 🤘
Is that a"flat top" cell?
The vanilla smell was a response to something that happened in the past where they destroyed a bunch of toolboxes nation wide because the smell is impossible to get rid of. I have opened up a few took boxes here in Switzerland with the old style handles in there and the smell is putrid! It invades every tool and gets all over your hands
Wera 838 RA R M vs. the PB 8510.R-30 ...cost aside?
Medium
boom boom boom boom, sold!
It's interesting that some commenters have no idea what they're talking about, but make their comments with complete conviction, sort of like Democrats. The lens is plastic. However, the scratches don't make any difference unless you get a lot of deep ones.
This song is good. What's it called?
Regarding the handle labeling, why is the length in mm (180mm) and the jaw width in inches (1 1/2") ? :-) I also noticed that opening at 1 1/2" as per the window is actually larger. Anyway, have one and it is nice although pricey.
13:20 😂😂😂😂😂
I really apprechiate your well thought out reviews. What drives me to one of the hcs is the versatility of high cri flood, funcional beam and red light. For me its the combination of all three that makes a great camping headlight. The only thing that bothers me is deciding what headlight has the most confy warm high cri flood. From the reviews so far I think it gets cooler from each generation. Sadly I couldnt find a more fiting alternative jet. If anybody knows one, I would be glad.
Oh i am happy to see a really good usb cover.
I may get this just to have a very waterproof rechargeable light.
I was happy they had a spare in the box as well I have a few lights where the flat is now broken. :-(
Acebeam quality is very high I think you should treat yourself. :-)
@@TrailTrek yeah I have the X80GT, and the only thing is taking out batteries to charge takes forever. I also have the emisar D4, not very waterproof
I love Acebeam, have several. Never had a good holster. I literally use fenix holsters for my acebeams.
What do you think of the Fenix stuff? I keep getting asked about them but the prices put me off. I get a lot of fisherman in the UK asking me about them specifically as they seem to be the go to light for an expensive night fishing headlamp.
@@TrailTrek ill put up some reviews and get my channel going again
@@TrailTrek I like their lights a lot. Always great quality. Their turbo modes and high modes tend to have long runtime as they don't overheat. I have had 2 headlamps, the review on Clocktowerlites channel and the AA powered one. I like the AA powered during winter, I use Energizer lithium, which is good in cold and it doesn't weigh down my head
The 816 RA is my go-to ratcheting driver. Perfect size for me. It definitely would have been nice if wera updated the 816 to the new ratcheting mechanism and tighter tolerance rapidapter of the 838.
2600mah is piss poor for a premium light! Nice light otherwise. Have you seen the new Sofirn HS21 headlamp with the hand gesture control Richy? 2100 lumens, spot beam + high CRI flood + red, USBC, buck driver! Might have to finally replace the trusty SP40 at last...waiting to see if they're reduced in the 11/11 sale on Ali tomorrow
Hmmm no i had not il go have a good look now mate. Thanks for the heads up I love a value Sofirn. I'm carrying the SC33 right now for some testing.
I wish they made the OD green with 5000k I'd probably get one. Don't like blue or brown much.
Yeah that's a pity, I'd quite like an OD green with 5000K too. I wonder why they only offer either emitter temp with only specific host colours? Seems really dumb tbh.
Yeah ive had a look at what they offer right now and its as follows: Black 6500K Coyote (they mean brown) 5000K Blue 5000K Green 6500K I don't know why the restriction with the choices?
I cant think of a reason for this one, it the choice I would probably make also to get the green in 5000k The color of the surface should have no bearing on the internals I'm stumped for a reason?
Great review 👍🏼. I don’t own any acebeams yet.
Thanks 😊. I bought the E70 and still love it. The build quality is way up there and they have good warranty on them.
I got the E75 in OD Green. It's bright as hell!! Almost 5000 lumens.
Nice job on the review as always. Very grateful for the useful beam comparisons. And I am with you, shame they cheeped out on the battery.
I've had a few comments in the past saying it's silly to mark down on this but why would anyone want a lower capacity? I think it's important, the higher the cap the more fun you can have!
You gave it a downpoint because they sent you an extra bit? Well, simply don’t carry it around with the extra bit. And another downpoint because single-ended bits sink down lower? You would do yourself a favor by staying away from double-ended bits and not trying to mix and match. No drivers do that. It doesn’t work that way.
@@cdb8315 yes I do, I don't bother with the double ended bits as I already have the normal ones. I have a similar thing with some of the leatherman tools where you have to use the flat bits. Although I have seen a few multi tools that now have the full quarter inch bits. I still have this small driver on my desk and I use it if I need to quickly open something so I do use it. What score out of ten would you give this item? Cheers for the feedback mate my score is just my opinion I could be wrong and an idiot so thanks for the comments so people can see all opinions. 👍😄
@@TrailTrek not a criticism, but I didn’t buy the double-ended version for the reason that it’s more of a proprietary bit. They make a standard 1/4” bit that’s interchangeable with other tools I have and use. But yeah, I see why you got what you got. You wanted to have more choices of heads in the same form factor. I’ve tended to think that way too, so I totally get it. In a perfect system, they could find a way to make everything work with everything’s else. It’s happening in technology after all - in terms of iPhone being forced to use the same charging cord as Android. One small step . . .
Very nice
That looks like A to C so not the real deal.

Still love the design to this day, I am testing the Sofirn SC33 which feels like a budget version of this light but it lacks the good looks.
Not sure why you always refer to the cost of these torches in ‘bucks’ ! As far as I am aware you live in the north of England? In which case surely the GBP is the currency?
