I'm truly not trying to pry. it just sounds like your stomach did a 180, and that isn't normal if you didn't intentionally change your diet. Combo with the unintentional weight loss. Its sounds like you have stomach virus (especially if your craving sweets more) Also, please, this is just a suggestion. Please do you own research. The salmon burgers from scratch is #1 for me, them the shrimp tacos. Try making shrimp burgers, it’s the same recipe as the salmon burger except with shrimp.

Don't know if this would help but for the mango I Leave the skin on. Then I cut the 2 fat parts as close to the seed and then scoop it out with a spoon. Then just trim the rest I hope this helps❤
