    Lisa i was consistent with my fitness journey half of last year but due to medical complications I had to stop for a while. Now I have the motivation but consistency with even 20 mins everyday is a milestone, something I'm hoping to achieve by the end of the year, do u have any advice love you btw ❤

      Take it slow🫶 20 minutes is totally enough while still recovering. I had a breathing condition last year and couldn’t run for 4 months so I get how frustrating it is.

    Procrastination puts failure on a pedestal, and also leads to overcomplicating the simplest things in life. Perfection derives from actions of imperfection; we impose ourselves to false narratives that the perfect storm comes forth at the exact moments we need it to execute. Lots of wasted years of pondering about the what ifs because our minds are untrained to actualize the reality within our grasps. Having a training regiment for the body helps wonders to break the cycle of underutilized energy. The sedentary life is a silent killer in all aspects.

    Thanks, wolf! 🐺 So simple, we gotta keep reminding us again and again! Would love hearing your poetry, the soft side of the wolf so to say.🐇 With creativity I feel like it has its own dimension, unbound of linear time and cannot be forced most of the time. Sure one can make space and room for it to arise, but it's not about controlling the fountain, more like letting it happen when it sprouts and squirts. Probably depends on the individual though.

    As a writer, sometimes waiting for the perfect moment to start may become months or even years of indecisiveness and self-doubt upon yourself and/or the idea. For me, creating that deemed 'perfect moment' is what helped me the most creatively & mentally once you realize that doing it the first time definitely may be flawed but looking for perfection on something you're doing the first time or even the second or third time can be an endless pursuit where in your brain you feel like you're going down a black hole searching for those finite things that you believe will make the poem, screenplay, journal entry, or book better but in that black hole there is no escape. When in doubt, It's always better to start from experience than to start from scratch; you would only be able to get that experience is to JUST DO IT. 💪🏾 Also, the back-to-back consistency is astonishing Liza! Looking forward to the winter arc!💪🏾

    04:02 No words for how much I dispise esoteric bullshit. Its lack of rationality and humanity is offensive. Really, earthquakes are karmic reactions for restoring balance?! Really? Tell that to the dozens of thousands of poor children who died last year in Turkey and Syria during the earthquake. Earthquakes are not karma or nature reacting to abuse, it is plate tectonics moving, as they have for the last 4 billion years and forever will, and 100% of all earthquakes that ever happend WOULD HAVE HAPPENED exactly how they have 100% REGARDLESS of human action. I swear if I hear a Westerner talking about karma one more time without having a single clue what it means while promoting esoteric bullshit I will have a brain aneurysm.

    Calling loneliness a blessing made me just laugh. Speaking of consistency, I don't have any problems with that. I can do my stuff everyday without a problem. I've been alone my entire lifetime, haven't really felt any love by anyone not even by my parents because they weren't about that. And I'm terrible now. Sure, I do my things, I do have consistency, I try my best at my work etc. But not having literally anyone in this life is just so sad and painful to accept. No one can really see you progressing and no one seems to care whether you exist or not. You don't really happen to talk to anyone in a day, because simply, you are lonely and have no one. No one knows if you are doing fine or not. No one cares about you and that's what the loneliness is. Everything is just empty. Now you don't understand this feeling because people actually care about you. Because you're simply not alone but you think you are. The time when you no longer have this channel or when no one knows who you are anymore, that's when you can actually feel this frustration. That's when you do anything to escape this. But now, you don't really understand

    • @lizabashkova
      @lizabashkova День тому

      Don’t assume what anyone is going through because they’re talking with a mic on your screen. I hope you grow through this challenge you’ve been given it does sound exhausting 🫶

    • @NEXUS-xq5wt
      @NEXUS-xq5wt День тому

      @@lizabashkova I didn't really assume you. You're just here and you encourage people to be alone and you make being alone look good, while in reality it's much darker than this. It's not all flowers and "oh yeah im alone so I'll definitely be the best!" stuff. After like a while of loneliness you'll begin to actually do anything to just feel that you're loved and feel like people can notice you. To feel like you're not invisible anymore. That finally others are able to see and notice you. But thing about you, it's either, now that you have this place and stuff, you don't really understand what it means to be alone anymore, or you were just never alone and never really felt any loneliness. I didn't mean to judge you, you just gotta know that putting yourself out into the world can have these things too.

      @@NEXUS-xq5wtShe may sounds like she is encouraging people to be alone,I get it. But I assume that this is her first video you have watched,because in her other videos she mentioned about how loneliness also effects her. I see this video as her saying “if you are lonely then rather than making it torture for yourself,you can try to look at it in this type of positive mindset”

    I wouldn't say loneliness is a blessing. People with great childhood experiences tend to flourish later in life; I think the times during youth have the pinnacle moments to build sense of optimism for yourself. It's perfect to learn what and how failure affects you in order to shield yourself from external judgements. It is the experimental phase where society doesn't hold much expectations from you. Essentially, it is the time for many to build a solid foundation to expand further as life progresses. I personally think that not having a social life during your youth is very damaging that leads to dangerous outlooks of life. It is all about how we deal with setbacks which is better taught sooner than later.

It doesn't take much time, but it helps me put things into perspective and look at life for what it is, freeing me from all my thoughts and helping me build a better relationship with myself and therefore helping me be more ok when I'm on my own. I love everything you talked about and absolutely agree with your points. Thank you for this reminder
