Push the learning, that may be the new david goggins perspective of itself. I have pushed myself, but it does not make more sense than learning it, I've been pushing for form so that I can learn it now. Once known to push yourself, the best form now is in learning it. Cool video, had me reflecting, thank you 💙💙💙
I've been doing calisthenics for over a year now. Some days it's humbling that u should stop pushing urself and allow it to teach u and some days I feel like I'm doing great and I guess that's what defines progress. Loved the yapping session for sure
I absolutly needed this video right now. I just noticed I'm doing way too many new things lately. Also it takes me a lot of time to create a gym routine as well. But like lately I had been walking unbalanced and feeling nause and dizzy sometimes.. even tho I ate and drank a lot. So I was like how is this happening? Now I just see I was doing way too much than I can normally handle. I know people in my life that do so many different things and have such an active lifestyle.. but it's good to know that not everyone has the same energy levels. I understood I had to go my in my own pace and that's totally okay. Loved this video thank you!! :))
WOW. Like… woow. That thing resonated with me so well I actually started watching the video at around afternoon, stopped when you started explaining about this insight and was shocked at how well it resonates with my experience from previous one-two months. Then did my work for couple of hours thinking about this in the back of my mind and finished the video just now, still in an insightful and thinking mode (if you can call it like that) The question that keeps appearing in my head is “what is the line between pushing yourself and stopping to rest & learn? How hard should I push myself to get the most progress?” I’ve been asking myself this in different forms but mostly with the same sense for couple of months now, actually ;) your video brought a little bit of insights, I understood that at least I should assess the progress by how much I learnt, not necessarily by how much I did. Was a bit of a long texter today haha. Thanks for your truly authentic videos, the bring me the most comfort and valuable insights 💗

I love how this video is basically you yapping all the time and the ending is like you making the sweets for 5 sec 💅
