Think of yourself as already dead. You have lived your life. Now take what’s left, and live it properly. All about to keep energy for the real thing. Keep going 🔥
@@VivekSharma-eh2tv In the end, the time flies and it will never come back. We do not waste a second, immediately and decisively take our place on the battlefield, whose name is life. We don't choose that but we can choose between: "The pain of discipline or the pain of regret." Our life reflect what choice we make. Good or bad it's doesn't matter, the time is gone forever. Definitely agree that Discipline should be stronger than the Motivation cause relying on that motivation whether it be some sort of means of getting temporary validation or just thinking/expressing thoughts can always fade and be forgotten tomorrow where it will never have the same effect as how you experienced it the first time...like a drug. Discipline should have a momentum and feel like something you can live with where you can rely on yourself/hold yourself accountable to produce the results you are working toward in a period of time that works for that person. However the line between remaining disciplined and getting that work done and overworking yourself due to being loyal to that routine that has been producing results can be a difficult one to acknowledge so definitely take it slow or take a moment to stop and evaluate where you started from to where you are now and figure out a way to effectively continue without putting yourself in a position/positions to be at it's detriment.
another genius talk! never thought of an annual/monthly/weekly plan. we will put all these things in your talk into practice. you could write a book of your amazing thoughts and fundamental principles because you are astounding.
Great thoughts. I was literally thinking about this topic this morning. The idea behind maintaining desired behavior (like going to the gym daily) is so similar to quitting an undesired behavior (bad habits). I was asking myself, why am I so disciplined in doing one thing, but flaky in stopping another? What Liza said also running in the proper way reminded me of one of the concepts in the book I’m reading called The Body Keeps the Score. It talks about how the emotion of anger and how it has a pathway-kind of like a train-that it follows until it erupts. However, if the pathway is interrupted, the emotion dissipates and we can retain our composure. In the context of not quitting quitting, maybe we can take the same methods we build discipline with good habits (or “running” properly in that manner) and apply it to learning what pathways our minds want to take when we begin to “quit quitting ”.
The power and importance of presence and patience, well spoken Liza. I am currently half way through the power of now and the mountain is you, I love how your videos correlate with what I am currently learning and applying. I have much gratitude for your assistance and reassurance on this journey
I never quit especially this year cause I realized I got out of my own head and actually starting to be social to do things I actually want to do but realizing that I was stuck in my own head for years since Covid but self improvement I conquered that though that and realizing I can do anything. So I really want to write a Star Wars fan book I made up though video games and the movies through my imagination
Personally I don't like the term fighter, it's as if there would always be a problem or obstacle on the way. Instead I think of myself as something in the terms of an Action-oriented Visionary. It's not as simple, it's not as imagetic, but this way I can envision a path without struggles. Just something to think about.
Do you get it? Like... I don't need to fight my way to my goal, I don't necessarily need to see my path as one with enemies to be fought against. Using other terms changes the way you may interpret things. If you're going David Goggins style towards your goal or not.
Affirmating to yourself that you're gonna get to your goal with ease and with help of others may change the way you'll get there completely. So on top of that saying thinks like you're humble and wise is of help to mold the character.
Hey Liza, I think your way of thinking is amazing, especially analysing your environment/ behaviour. How old are you?I have similar goals and I want to know if I‘m the only who things like this. Also, how can I become a member of the Iman Gadzhi WhatsApp group? I believe it would be a great experience to try out. Excited for your next videos! Keep going!

Liza, thank you so much for sharing your reflections! Sending love
I never quit or give up but I know how hard it is to burn out and quit
I’m not a quitter, I’m a fighter 👊
