32 Best TRX Upper Body Exercises
The TRX is one of my favorite training tools to add variety and spice to workouts and rehab. At ADAPT, we use it frequently in our team training sessions as well as semi-private sessions because it’s such a versatile tool.
I’ve selected 32 of my favorite upper body exercises using the TRX (there are many more, especially when you start combining them) that you can use to stay or get in great shape.
While traditional strength training tends to be more trackable and better at building muscle size and strength, the TRX involves a lot more full body involvement, which might have more carryover to a sport or activity. It is great as a supplement to your program or as finishers.

I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I could help you create a better distribution by working on post-production like better storytelling through Edits, Keywords, think catchy intros and outros, or even some engaging short clips! Would love to chat if you're interested and keep creating good content:)

I am on a mission to solve my knee issues. Welcome to my Ted Talk. I first dislocated my right knee my sophomore year in high school playing in a friends pool. Excruciating pain. My friends dad was a chiropractor and he straightened my leg and it popped back into place. Hurt for a few days and then went on with my life. I ended up dislocating it a few months later playing soccer and then a couple weeks after that while playing guitar on stage. That 3rd time it swelled up like a softball. I bought an over-the-counter knee brace and wrap. I wrapped and braced daily for almost a year in fear of it happening again. I avoided all athletic activities since then. After a few years me and a friend started playing racquetball at a local gym. We played for months and one day I dislocated the same right knee. I vowed to never play another sport in my life. Put the brace back on for a while after. I haven't dislocated that right knee in 10yrs. I did lots of weight training with no knee pain but I always avoiding sports, pools, and even dancing. I'm extremely aware of where my knee is at at all times. A month ago I was at a gravesite stone setting ceremony with family and I went in to shovel gravel around the site. I favor my left leg even though I'm right handed/footed. I lean over my left foot and grab the second shovel load off the trailer and my left knee dislocates. It popped back into the place when my leg extended and healed up within a couple weeks but now I'm extremely conscious of any movement. I told my wife I can't live like this anymore. I can't play football and soccer with my 6yr old and I'm very careful how I navigate with both legs now... I always think to myself if I had hurt myself doing something dumb then I could blame myself but all I did was shovel a load of gravel and my knee failed me. I'm on a mission to understand the failure in my knees and correct it to the best of my ability. I don't need to do heavy physical sports activities but I'd love to go hiking and at least run around with the kids.
