  • The gut release hits all the abdominal fascia and musculature around your psoas. The psoas and the fascia around it attach the pelvis to the spine. Making this technique ideal for those dealing with low back pain.
    This exercise is a must if you have had any kind of c-section or past abdominal surgery as it helps unglue immobile tissues around the area. It also, helps ingrain a healthier diaphragmatic breath, which will help with stress reduction and overall movement.
    Make sure to use a deflated or softer ball for this. You don’t want to be pushing too hard into your organs. Don’t worry it will still be uncomfortable!
